Meant to include Tulsa -10......will be a play for sure, not a lean.

Already looking ahead to next wks games, see 2 very strong games and some good leans.
UConn 12.5 .......will be a MAJOR play. Had them last wk vs. UVA, and laying this amount at home to a bad Baylor team it looks like Vegas still has this team a bit under-valued. they won't after this wk.
Rutgers -5 .......will likely be another BIG play. This team isn't as bad as they have shown, at some point the pieces come together. This is a Navy team that cannot stop anything and is probably th eperfect get-well medicine for Schiano and Co. Navy gave up 40+ pts last wk to Duke.
Leans:
Miss. St. +8.5
UCLA +2
Pitt. -1
Curious:
Penn. St. -28
Air Force +8.5
Va. Tech +2
Ole Miss -6

Jackie-
That decision sure does make ya think.
I'm on Pitt -7
not going to try and outsmart myself, outthink the game. Pitt is much better team, Cleve "D" is bad. Rivalry or not, Pitt shoudl cover.
Pitt -7 2*

Whizz-
This happens to me this way every year.....too much parity in NFL, much harder to cap. need to start focusing heavier on college. Vegas is just too in tune w/the NFL.

not "complaining"....i've had those beats. I don't get how the f*** that stuff comes out like that? I really don't.
I mean honestly, that is the first time I've ever seen NFL coach go for the 2 in that situation.....EVER. why would you do that? makes a fella wonder.

Whizz, I had SD +1....another push! wow! Minny...push. Carolina....push. SD...push. WTF? How do the boys in Vegas do it?
I'm on Pitt -7.....Cleve no "D", big night for Big Ben.

damn, lions held that lead for all but about what, 12 secs? Look like a push w/Minny also. beats a loss....but they should have won that game easily.
Im on 2 late:
SD +1 2*
AZ -7 1*

looks like Lions are gonna maybe pull that out for us. I'll take a push on Car. We gotta hold on w/Minny.
I am gonna look at SD for sure, and either AZ or TB late

yep. and didn't SD actually open as a 1pt fave?

Whizz, are ya looking at anything late? Kinda eye-ballin' SD and ARI here.......

yep...sometimes nothing else matters when the team is this bad!
Though must admit, watching this CHI/CAR game has me puking in my own throat.....there is a freakin' penalty every other play here. Both defenses bringing it here, but something like 15 penalties between the two. it is ugly.

I see the point on Detroit too Bator. For me, this play simply comes down to a few things:
Rodgers will likely come down some going on road and dealing with the ups and downs of a season. it's natural. GB didn't play great, but Rodgers played pretty damn good versus Vikes, see compl %.
Another is the fact that the Lions can score points, especially at home. Question is can they score enough b/c they don't have a tendency to really stop anyone either!
We'll see....I am just playing the situation and line on this one.
Appreciate the feedback and good luck today.

Carolina -3 4* Both off Road Wins, like home team in that scenario. Panthers D playing inspired, will take away running game and make Orton beat a good Carolina 2ndary. wont happen.
Minny +3 3* Both of losses, but Vikings were competitive on road. Indy didn't look "tough" in the loss to Bears, they threw it in. Vikes front 4 will stuff run, make Indy "O" one dimensional. AP will run all day on Indy "D".
Detroit +4 3* Love this spot, great value for a home team that can put points on the board who completely laid an egg last wk. GB goes on road after short wk and an emotional win. Won't be surprised to see the upset here.
Cincinnati pk 1* Another egg-layer, they looked terrible! how can you play them? Exactly the spot and time to play them. These guys are pros and pride makes them perform after a wk like last wk. Tennesse off a tough win lst wk and on the road.
Washington +2 1* No team looked worse than Skins. Again, looking for a bounceback win here. Saints had another emotional and tough opener last wk, getting the win over Tampa.
I hate having this many games out, usually keep to 2-3, but it is what it is.
Good luck everyone!!

Whizz- Gonna be on Panthers here. Agree on Bears D being quality, but Panthers playing better and are a better team in almost every area.
Definitely with ya on Detroit here. Love the spot and love the fact that 65%+ of money going to GB here, public all over GB and not giving Lions one look. Although I must tell you BetUS has Detroit +4 pts now.
Also getting +3 w/Minny, all over that one too. 70%+ of money going to Indy, again just simple public infatuation: "minny didn't look good Monday nigth"......and......"even though Indy didn't look good they have Manning".
This kind of thinking is exactly how Vegas was built!!

All over Panthers here....they aren't the best home fave, but several key points:
1. dunno about the grade system above, my guess a bears fan. remember, keep emotion at home. I don't honestly see one area where the bears grade out above the Panthers except special teams w/Hester.
2. QB? C'mon, when healthy this isn't close. I am not the biggest Delhomme fan, but he can put the team on his back and win a game every so often. Orton hasn't shown anythign yet, though he does "win" games as the starter on record only. not much by his doing.
3. Can't see how Olsen is a huge advantage over former Bear Chris Harris at SS for Carolina? Won't you think Harris knows most of their tendencies? And in my opinion, Carolina already has a HUGE advantage w/2ndary....excellent corners on this team. Combine that w/a motivated Peppers and front 4 and pass rush, and this team can be dangerous.
Bottom line, I see Carolina stacking up in front and stoning Forte. They will force Orton to beat them downfield, and they don't think the Bears WR's can beat their Corners. Neither do I.
Panthers win here and cover.
One of has to win! Good luck....just not on this one.

Lookin at Carolina as biggest play. they have an excellent 2ndary, great corners and even a nickel (Marshall) who would be a starting corner for most teams. Chris Harris is an excellent strong safety who reads and reacts well. And he came over to Carolina beg last yr in a training camp trade from....you guessed it, Chicago. He will know their tendencies.
The knock on Carolina last yr or 2 was the front 4 wasn't playing up to par. They are doing so this yr. Peppers is stopping the run and all over opposing QB's, and i think this is his contract yr.....good motivation! With the tackle problems of the Bears, I can't see him not being a force all day long. Carolina's LB's are fast and physical, and excellent tacklers.
Aside of Hester on returns, I just don't see any phase of the game where Chicago outgrades the Panthers.
likely biggest play of day here.

Here are games i'm looking at, would love feedback and where you guys are looking.
Detroit - cant put much faith (or $) on a bad team, but I love this spot w/Rodgers coming off big emotionally open night win and having to go on the road.
Washington - same as above, looked horrible in Wk 1 and have had wk and half to get ready.
Carolina - both temas off big road wins. Leaning to home team here b/c Carolina will stack up front and stop Forte, and make Orton beat them. Chi's passing game cannot beat Car's 2ndary and pass rush.
Minny - both teams off opening loss. again, same logic above in automatically looking at team coming home. Jackson is a savior at QB, but Colts D looked bad and I think Minn runs all day. Also watch for the Minn front 7 to control Colts on ground.
Cincy - They aren't a good team...but no WAY they are as bad as showed last week. Going to play them coming home here, and even though both off loss and Young out, still didn't see anything from Cincy to show me they should not be getting points. This has bounceback written all over it.
Considering a couple of late games....will post later. Comments always welcome!!
Good hunting to all!
