Well, admittedly, I'm a Clipper hater. OK? I admit it. It would be "Clipper" the Clippers to lose this game outright and blame it on the "distractions". Seems to me the Clippers also find a way to lose just when you think they've finally put their issues behind them.
I agree with best_bets, Clips win GS covers. Although, I really can see the Clips flat out losing here, that would be the "Clipper Way".
I'll take GSW +7.5. |

Indians hitting .204 against left handed pitching, and since I'm always looking for an excuse to bet the dog anyway, I'll take the Chi Sox +$.

The Over looks good, but Arizona ranks 26th in runs scored this season, so Colorado might have to get there all by themselves. Colorado +115 looks safer to me.

Yeah, I don't can't figure out why I'm getting +115 here on the Phillies. I guess I should just take it and say "thank you".
The over looks good as well. The Phillies bullpen is a shaky, and the D-Backs like to commit errors to help the other team keep innings alive!

You better hope the bullpen doesn't decide it.
Detroit's bullpen is the 2nd worst on the league, only Houston's is worse.

Thinking bout that Over. I sure would like to get a straight 8 rather than an 8.5 though.

CWS at +176 here?
You mean to tell me the White Sox don't win this game at least 37% of the time? Oh yeah, I'll take a piece of that!

Why is Tampa Bay favored here?

I like the Over, I see two weak bullpens. I'm looking for some late runs!

Total is 7.5?!! Has anybody watched Weaver pitch this year or am I totally missing something here? Both bullpens are also weak! I love the Over here!

Screw the Jackets! The burned me badly on the last game with that Under AND ruined my Streak Survivor streak. Sorry, just needed to vent!

Hmmm, you know it has been awhile since the Hawks put a nice fat 5 up on the scoreboard, in fact its been exactly 6 games. The longest streak of the season where the Hawks haven't put up a 5 spot is 8 games.

The total here is 5.5. First off, the matchup is confirmed to be Anderson (OTT) vs, McElhinney (CLB). Anderson: In his last 10 games started he gave up 3 or more goals 7 times. (He didn't start the Jan. 25th game, he came on in relief for one period.) And after a loss, the Sens have given up 3 or more goals 18 of 29 times. McElhinney: In his last 10 games started he also gave up 3 or more goals 7 times. (He also didn't start the Jan. 25th game, he came on in relief for half the game.) And after a loss, the Jackets have given up 3 or more goals 16 of 25 times. I'm no mathematician, but I've got to expect the Over would hit at least 60% of the time in this one.

Oh, OK, Blackballer meant those were Varlamov's season stats against DALLAS. I missed it, my bad. Thanks. But, that just makes it even better!

Where are you getting those stats from Blackballer?
This season Varlamov is 25-9-5, 2.41, 92.5%. (https://www.covers.com/pageLoader/pageLoader.aspx?page=/data/nhl/players/player3019.html) Regardless, I just don't understand why I'm getting + money here! I could understand maybe even money, but +115? 1. According to the Jeff Sagarin ratings, the Avs are 17-10 vs competition like Dallas. (https://www.usatoday.com/sports/nhl/sagarin/2014/rating/) 2. According to the Jeff Sagarin ratings, the Stars are 8-12 vs competition like Colorado. (https://www.usatoday.com/sports/nhl/sagarin/2014/rating/) 3. The goalie matchup is about a draw. Varlamov is statistically better than Lehtonen (but its such a small margin its not worth even factoring in). 4. Colorado has a winning percentage of 62.3% after a loss. 5. Dallas has a winning percentage of 40.0% after a win. 6. In the last 3 games these teams met Colorado has scored 11 goals to Dallas' 7. All of this and I get +115? OK! I'll take that! Keep in mind I suck of the side bets so all of this means Dallas will probably just to prove I don't know what I'm talking about!

Thanks for the skinny Arkham, Punisher and JDaggs.
Sounds to me like picking the "regular" games is hard enough already; best to leave to exotics alone!
