Great season and a well deserved championship. Made a lot on their overs this year.

I agree, okla st should score in the high 50's or low 60's and houston can score quickly too. last year the final was 56-37 with okla st winning, even though the halftime score was only 16-14, there were 73 second half points. now houston is even better on offense, I'm thinking a 62-45 okla st win.

Central Michigan/Arizona over 55
CMU has struggled against BCS teams in non conference play. They even struggled in the MAC against good offensive teams, Ball St, Buffalo last year. Arizona will run and that will set up the passing game. Speed will be too much for CMU, although on offense I can see CMU scoring around 17-20 points. Arizona 48-20.
Oregon/Boise St over 61
At home Boise can score against anyone, they couldn't stop Oregon in last year's matchup and won't shut them down this time either. Ducks Qb Massoli can move the ball and although they lost a few receivers, Oregon is still a strong offense. Lots of deep passes and a few trick plays will lead to quick scores. Boise in a close, high scoring shootout, 38-35.
Maybe N Texas/Ball St under 57, Ball St lost their entire offense and their defense will toughen up against a weak N Texas team.
Not sure about New Mexico/Texas A&M under 56, New Mexico's offense is terrible and will be overmatched against A&M. Texas A&M will run the ball a lot and that will shorten the game.

Getting a job should be up to you and whatever skills or credentials you have. I just think that in college there's lots of opportunities to improve your chances of getting a job, internships, clubs, good grades, entry level positions, field work, etc. This girl didn't appear to do that and only relied on an average gpa, if she had done other things it probably would have been mentioned in her lawsuit. It's not the college's fault if you don't find the job you were hoping for. But I do think in hs, you should be allowed to find your own career path in the classes you take and activities you do, sometimes teachers or counselors encourage students to go into career fields they aren't interested in, based on social norms or what most students like them go into (certain fields like child care or psychology are mostly female, etc).

sammy,
is this why hamilton is suddenly doing better this year, because they were losing so much the past few seasons got tired of it and are now playing together as a team. are good teams simply underestimating bad teams and sleepwalking through the game? is this what you are saying? so teams are playing better after a loss because they have extra motivation? with 6 out of the 8 teams making the playoffs is the regular season that important, does every single game even matter.

jr81492, you're a college student there are lots of jobs on campus, they might not pay much but there not that hard to do. work in a library, cafeteria, etc. and to the poster that has an interview setting lines for a sportsbook, what did you graduate with and from where?
|

then why is the nats/phils over 11 a push, the score was 7-5 when game was called in 6th, it's an official game and obviously over the total.

the over should be a winner regardless of how many innings are played since the total obviously can't go under anymore. but the under should be a push in a shortened game since you wouldn't know if it would go over if 9 innings were played.

Pulling the closer in the 9th just because he gave up a walk? It was one bad pitch, closers are sometimes still in the game after giving up 3 or 4 hits in an inning. why not let him work his way out of the inning and see if he can close out the game?

If I want to take the canucks to win the series, right now is it at -220. Do you think blackhawks will win game 4 because if they do then the series price will go down a lot. no matter what, I see the canucks winning the series but I want to take them at the lowest price possible.

did it say on the syllabus that if you didn't meet with him it would automatically mean failing the course. because if that meeting was just a regular assignment and you were passing the course even without doing the assignment then you have a reason to appeal.
