tomkopec.....so what is the angle that everyone is making so much money on betting baseball..???..I'm not seeing many people on these forums being up much at all and a lot of yo-yo action being up and down units. The unbeaten I mentioned was more of a comparison to baseball where teams win/loss record is only a few games apart and winning teams still losing 40% of their games. Same as over/under rates being almost even. The win/loss and over/under ratios are so much closer in baseball across the league than football or basketball. I'd still rather look into a college football matchup where one team is unbeaten and 8-1 ats against some average team than a baseball matchup where a 50-42 team plays another team near .500 and simply pray that the baseballs get hit into the gaps and I win. Halftime bets offer some great opportunities with football, live in game betting for baseball looks like a crapshoot based simply on where the baseballs get clubbed. |

If you're looking for a local you're gonna have to ask your friends that gamble, the ones that can vouch for you. Then you can bet through their local. If you're new to the area you're gonna have to establish yourself, hangout in some of the bars, get to know people and get into the scenario mentioned in the first paragraph. Frankly I'd get setup offshore and skip the local bs. Good luck. |

I've seen a lot of things happen in a game, from bases loaded no outs and subsequently no runs batted in, to 2 outs and 4-5 runs batted in.....games that feature solid pitchers and look like a pitcher's duel finishing 8 to 7......seen matchups with gascan pitchers finish 2-1......one day a team scores 9 and the next day they can't get a man on base. Seen four dollar favorites lose...For all the handicapping and pouring over stats it appears to be what a friend of mine told me about baseball: "That it's simply a matter of whether the baseball is hit towards a defender or hits a gap or sent over the defender's head." The 2-1 type games get the balls hit toward defenders where the batter is thrown out, or end in double plays, and the 8-7 type games feature hits to the gaps, and homers, extending the inning and scoring multiple runs. The games feature teams whose records aren't that far apart, and it simply appears that whoever happens to hit the ball where a defender isn't wins the game, regardless of the ERA of the pitchers involved or the talent on the field. Personally I feel there is more opportunity betting in sports where the offense is more in control of the ball, namely college football where teams go undefeated or nearly so, where there's less parity among teams, and the results are a little more predictable. College basketball offers some of the same opportunities as football. Baseball just seems too erratic and inconsistent to wager on. So, does anyone agree, disagree....what are your thoughts? |

Ok, so I have some files I wanted to transfer to a password protected flash drive, somehow got the files placed onto a sandisk stick, but when I put the flash stick back into the port on my laptop I'm able to simply open the files without entering my password. curious to know what I did wrong, perhaps someone who uses these more could chime in. I'm not very computer savvy, I find it rather confusing and difficult to use this technology but somehow there must be a way to install a password to open the content on the flash drive. Can't open the PDF files on the flash stick to use the help sections. First time using flash drives and I never learned all the bells and whistles of cut and paste and whatever.... I'm stuck and becoming nauseated behind this computer keyboard. Computers suck thanks for your help |

Hope the scrubs can score 29 more....I didn't see it being this lopsided but figured OSU could get their points. Need a loose second half |

FWIW I played Oregon State over 70 team total......GS has four games on the road that they've given up over 80 points, hoping this is another one. Good luck.

sorry to say guy, but the polish are comin for ya
Yeah, nothing like a foul on each end to make up for horrible play Miss a shot, foul Go for a rebound, foul Then there's the foul game to try to win it. 129 with a minute and a half 132 is a loser |

JD.....nothing against you or your pick, I've won money on your other picks before so I don't want to seem spiteful in your thread.... I just see too much sloppy play and turnovers, Iowa with the full court press.....yeah, I'm set up for a polish middle but I sort of wrote off my original over bet. |

Playing under 76 second half....I think the poor shooting continues, CM shoots more one and dones and Iowa slows it down towards the end. I'd like to hit the game total over but I'm bailing |

Ok, loser at 28. Post it and it loses. K State eats the clock every possession and Kansas plays sloppy, travelling under the basket, missed dunks......and as Knight mentioned, they walk the ball up the court and give the defense a chance to set and rest. Eat a fvcking donut while you walk upcourt. C0cksuckers. |

Don't know if anyone has looked at this yet, but in looking at the game the Kansas team total for the first half is currently 32. In last years blowout loss at K State they still scored 33, this year against K State they scored 35 the first half. In all games this year regardless whether they were leading at the half or not Kansas is 20-4 (and one tie) over/under against a total of 32 for the first half Regardless the outcome of the game or how stiff the competition may be I have to play Kansas over 32 for the first half. I can't ignore that consistency in scoring..... Good Luck |
