Hey Jenjay, you plan on using your Excel sheet for the new season? VPRI was quite successful last year and others as well did decent. BOL this year.

Hi Jenjay, have you started using current year RPI data yet?

Hey JenJay, best of luck this season. I appreciate you sharing with others. Had a good season with your NHL version and now looking forward to MLB. On a side note in terms of sharing plays, let me know if you'd be willing to add anyone to that email. I like using your templates seeing that that is more or less what you follow but sometimes I can't get a chance to update daily and end missing out. Cheers! |

VPRI has been red hot this month. I hear you though. If it went cold you`d be giving back what you earned thus far. But crazy to see how many wins this month. It`s the gift that keeps on giving.

Nice. Do you by chance share a similar Excel workbook for MLB?

Congrats on a season well done. Your VPRI has been top notch. Some good returns overall! Do you run something similar for MLB? |

Thanks for the update. I agree with the VPRI being on the fence at times so I do tread cautiously. As an FYI, one thing that I do when I look at NHL games is 3 in 4 night scenarios. I preset my template at the beginning of the season and go from there. It's basically a 3 game chase each time usually with totals. The odd time I look at sides but this is where I've taking a liking to your VPRI approach. BOL! |

Hey JenJay23, any chance you can update the link with your template with results up to the All-Star break? I missed tracking plays for a bit in January but from what I can see it looks like your VPRI is still running well. Thanks. GL the rest of the way. |

Hi Guys,
Congrats to a great week last week. You guys keep things rollin'. Really like the Qtrs that are being tracked for NBA. Here's an update of how NBA is going. Lines below are based on the Home team using the closing lines. Line: Closing PS Line Total: how many times we have had the this line as a closing line. If you see that a total does not equal to the W L column total, that means that there's a line on tonight's games. Line Total Win Lose 7.0 3 3 0 6.5 4 1 3 6.0 2 1 1 5.5 1 1 0 5.0 2 1 0 4.5 2 1 1 4.0 1 1 0 3.5 4 1 3 3.0 3 0 3 2.5 4 1 3 2.0 4 2 2 1.5 4 1 3 1.0 4 1 3 0.0 2 0 2 -1.0 1 1 0 -1.5 2 2 0 -2.0 8 4 4 -2.5 5 0 5 -3.0 8 3 5 -3.5 1 0 1 -4.0 5 2 3 -4.5 6 3 2 -5.0 5 1 4 -5.5 6 3 3 -6.0 7 6 0 -6.5 10 7 3 -7.0 10 5 5 -7.5 5 3 1 -8.0 8 2 5 -8.5 7 2 5 -9.0 7 2 5 -9.5 1 0 1 -10.0 6 4 1 -10.5 1 1 0 -11.0 1 1 0 -11.5 1 0 1 |

Hey Guys,
I'm trying to figure out if for NBA or NCAAB do you track lines based on Opening Lines? I know the Proline is set 6.5 and 2.5, but in general, is there a set way to track? Thanks. |

Appreciate the response Shady. Chances are that it will probably let up but my thought was that if KC continues to stink it up then the trend has a possibility of continuing on.
On a side note, great thread overall. Lots of input. Will be interesting as NBA gets into a groove and NCAAB. Cheers! |

Hey Guys,
After watching KC last night, I went back and looked up their scoring by quarter this year. Particularly in the 1st quarter, they have been down in every single game this year. The most they've been able to do is to put up 3 points. They've been held pointless in the 1st QTR 6 times and they have put up 3 points in the 1st QTR 2 times. An interesting trend to play against them at least for the 1st QTR. EG. Last night you could have grabbed SD -0.5 with just a bit of juice for the 1st QTR. Thoughts? |

Hey McShady,
I just sent you a friend request. I'd like to give you my email afterwards as I value your SS and input. You won't ever hear me talk negative like some of the turds on the forum. I just can't understand people sometimes. Thanks bud.

In regards to the WS, I was leaning on DET based on pitching and them having Verlander for possibly 3 starts. That being said, SF definitely has some momentum going into the finale. I see DET getting a split in SF. After that, I'm stumped.

Hey Guys,
I've been following you for a little over a month now and I have a lot of respect for those that post on the threads that angle usually sets up. I agree that making money is better than gambling. As for McShady's SS, I think it's a great tool. For those of you who have trouble understanding, I think you have to take a sec and read what is posted and make an effort to understand what is being shown in the SS. This is where I feel some of the frustration is coming from. For the most part, this thread is usually all positive, so lets all make an effort to keep it that way. McShady, I've been using your sheet for tracking and I think it's great. Would love to see you keep it up. I'll be looking to contribute come the NCAA basketball and NHL (if we see it) seasons. Enjoy your well deserved vacation. No play for me on BBL tonight. Just going to sit back and enjoy the game! |

Congrats Shady on your Tigers future. Your over also came through on elimination games. Do by have a total for tonight's NLCS bout?

I'm seeing -101 for the Yankees. I want to hit that under but it's sitting around -130 for a total of 7 even. Damn!
