12/12 and still not in my acct. I can customer service and they are not sure why its taking so long. She said she would put a trace on that wire. Later I received an email saying that they has initiated a stop payment process and I need to send in my bank statement from 12/5 to now to prove that the money didn't hit my acct via wire!?? Why do I have to prove I didn't received this money when it was their fault? THIS IS BS sportsbook!!??

I've received the "Sent" email for my wire transfer on 12/5 and today the money is still not in my accout!! Call customer service and they said it can take up to 5 business days for a wire? WTF Sportsbook.com? It never taken this long once its show "sent" in the past. I am done with them!!

I requested a bank wire on 11/17 for $2855 then it show process and then "Sent" on 12/5....but as of today I still have not see my money in my bank acct!! WTF? I though once it show "sent" via wire it should show up in 48hrs? This is BS!!!
