OH, and looking at systems in hindsight is not the same. It's easy to look back at statistics, and say to yourself, this is, or was, a good system.
But the challenge is betting it before it becomes a trend. |

I don't believe you, but it's the internet, who cares. Everybody lies. You have 4 posts my friend. If you win this bet, you will brag and tell people how good you are. Your the best, or at least that's what you will tell people. If you lose, you will delete your account, we won't hear from you again, and a mysterious new account will appear, with a low post count, and another large bet. Eventually, my friend, you will win a bet. Like some people people on here, once they do, they brag, and brag some more. I was right. Look at this, I won. You should of listened to me... that is what I hear all the time on here. But think about all the times you lost. All the 50k bets you lost. If you were a true sharp, for one, you would have a better system, and you would be posting more than 4 posts with more pics. You would be proven. But hey, it's the internet, we can be whoever we want to be. Did you know I'm actually the King of England? OH, you didn't know there was a king, only a queen. Well, I guess it's true now because it's posted on the internet. Not a knock against you, because your not the only one, but mainly for any newbies here who actually listen to these bets. Not to say it won't win, or lose, and no need to prove to me your point. But i can go to craps table, put $50k on not pass line, and I will win eventually. Maybe lucky enough to win first time. I don't think you put the money up, but good luck anyhow. Cheers |

Everybody is betting Teasers, and yes, I love those too.
But, for fun, let's try something different. Week 1: 4 team pleaser (-3) Chargers (-6) Raiders (EVEN) Titans (EVEN) Eagles (-6) Bet $10 to win $160 |

Nothing really jumps out as a guaranteed "Lock" in week 1, and most of the times it can be unpredictable because you don't know how the team will be put together. Preseason is a glimpse, and some teams try more than others, but still nothing like regular season.
With that being said, I will pick 5 picks against the spread weekly, and put my sure bets in bold underneath it all. Best of luck this season! Week 1 Colts -3 Seattle -4 Arizona -2.5 Oakland +3 Eagles -3 Not going to bet big on anything this week, but might change mind in morning. Will keep it all posted |

Any system is worth taking a look at.
If it fails, then at least you tried. If it works, then you owe this man some money. Either way, it's his thread. Let him post the picks that he wants. Good luck to all, and we should really all work together to make some $$ instead of arguing.. I mean.. look at Papa's gold teeth. How can you hate that? |

Pats are risky tomorrow night.
Superbowl winners might have a winning record on Week 1 And the Patriots are the Patriots But how focused will Brady and the offense be, with everything going on in court. I'm sure the Patriots were expecting Brady to be out week 1, and they were more preparing the other QB. But Brady is Brady. Steelers will be focused and ready to go. It's a toss up, anything can happen. Ride the Eagles this year instead. Good luck |

betus is a great sportsbook.
They have a bad reputation, idk why. I've never had problems. $5000 limits. They will sometimes limit a high $$ amount online, but if you call them, they will always honor it. To withdraw, they send you a prepaid debit card. Takes up to 2 weeks to deliver. But once you have card, they can deposit money to your account within 48 hours. Withdraw amount limited at $3000/day. And they charge a fee of 2% per withdraw, but they offer many free withdrawals depending on how much you bet. |

If you had looked what I picked, I did pick the winner and under of that game as well. But again, if you read what I said, its about being consistent. The thing is, if you bet and win one game, it will build your confidence and you will want to bet again. You win in roulette, or blackjack, do you walk away with your winnings? Very, very few people do. They bet again, and again. And most, 95%+, end up losing. You won HOF, great. But the entire preseason will be hard to predict, week after week. You will get stuck in the trap and lose eventually. Or get lucky and maybe have 1 year of great preseason, what what about the next? I am talking about long term, for the average better. Now maybe if you are a great sports better, and there are very few of you, even though most think they are, you could win consistently preseason. You can pick your matchups smart, not feel the need to bet every week or multiple games weekly. And not rely on luck most the time, and you can win. But most of us, including me, aren't that great yet, and have a lot to learn. Don't try to prove to me you are hot stuff, prove it to yourself. Keep track of your yearly bankroll, year after year. Keep track of your winnings. And if you are one of the 5% that win, keep it up! But for the other 95% that lose, or just like to bet fake money on this site, no need to argue, look at yourself in the mirror, and ask how can I be a more profitable sports better |

?? Pats/Packers over ??
?? Washington ?? You really shouldnt bet preseason. Nothing on this card looks great. But if you make a post asking if you should jump on a cliff, you will get people to respond and say its a good idea. Probably even people to say they have done it before. But it's the internet, what does that really mean? Preseason is way to unpredicable. Teams don't always play to win. But then again, its a 50/50 chance to win, so when people do win a game or two, they will act like they are the best preseason betters ever. But I can also flip a coin, have it land heads 3 times, and say I knew exactly what I was doing. Less than 5% of the people on this forum make real money, but yet they offer there opinion like they are a pro. Yes, you can make smart preseason plays and win, but my only advice is to listen to everybody, but really only play close attention to those with a proven positive record and an RSI. Not including myself because I have won nothing on this site yet, but hope I can say different at the end of season. Wait til Sunday or Week 2 preseason to bet |

You won't win consistently year after year in preseason.
Just like in roulette. You have a good night, a good week, a good month. You will be the cockiest person in the world. You are the best roulette player ever. But at the end of the day, it's chance. It's a 50/50 chance to win, either check the box for one team, or the other. Yes, you can pick a few smart preseason plays. But to do it consistently, it's a lot of luck. But that's why Vegas makes the big bucks, people like to gamble. Good luck to those who bet preseason consistently |

If I have to make a pic, I would bet on Vikings and on the under this game.
But who really wants to bet preseason? It is so unpredictable, just like roulette. You can win at roulette one day. Even a week. You can have an entire month playing roulette well. And then I bet that you will probably think you are the best roulette player ever. But at the end of the day, it's chance and you are getting lucky. But it's called gambling for a reason, and people do like to play roulette, so best of luck to those that do. Vikings have more to prove with all of there offseason troubles, i.e. adrian peterson. It's the first game of the season, the hall of fame game, all eyes are on them. They will want to win this game. Steelers have nothing to prove in preseason, but.. they ARE a hall of fame team historically. They will show up, and they are a better team, but I think Vikings will take preseason game. I pick the under because even though Steelers dont have the defensive starters they once had, they are still a defensive team. They won't play all of there starters the whole game, and the2nd and third team will be well coached. Even if offense doesnt show up, defense will. But then again, it's preseason, so who knows what coaches have in mind. You can never believe what they say to media. Good luck to those who put big money on the line in preseason. I might make a few picks for fun, but will post $$ amount if it's a real bet |

End of chase bet, Boston wins.
Don't chase bet everybody. I'll say it again, but you might win most the time on chase bets, the odds aren't great for a team to lose or more in a row, or for a team to go 7 straight over/unders. But at the end of the day, today I risked over $120, and I only won $10. It adds up, but that one time a team does go on a losing steak, you will lose BIG, and wipe out all of your previous wins. Sometimes I will chase a team for a series if I am really sure they will win at least 1 game, but even that is bad to do. I think this is a good model for those who do chase, because this is the proper way to do it. But still, don't chase bet, and listen more to people with high RWI's such as CreamCaramel above me. Good luck everybody |

Maybe St.Louis, or CHC under or Boston over, but I'm not sure. Won't be a huge day of betting for me. Good luck |
