One of the best books in the business and they pay. Good move.

Just started using them as I switched from sportsbook. I got out of Bodog about 2 years ago. I would think the best payout option is person to person. |

I do not know about the checks clearing, but it's a good move to switch from Bodog to 5 dimes. Bodog is a horrible book, and 5 dimes gives you alot more options.

Have not used BOL, but 5 dimes is a good solid book.

I think that the mystics have packed their bags for the winter. Fever still have a lot to play for. Having said that, would tease the fever and under.

I used to be a customer with Bodog, until I discovered how unusual they run their book. Can you answer these questions? 1. How come you can not buy meaningful points? For instance, today someone could not buy SMU up to 17 from 16. 2. How come your llines come up so late? No week 1 NFL games on the board. 3. How come you red box lines, limiting action and preventing parlays? All the first half lines of today's college action are in red boxes What is Bodog afraid off? With the bulit in advantage to the house, it would be nice if Bodog gave some flexibility to the player. You may not want to be a victim of steam, but this is a little overboard. |

Notre Dame is a team that oddsmakers pad the line with a couple of points in ND'S direction. The have such a large following, and the NBC contract, so the experts figured they have to make the other side more appealing to even the action. Taking S. FLA plus the points. |

If she does not play, like Wsh to cover. Langhorne should be able to do some damage inside. This game might be a dead spot for the Dream. Bought WSH to plus 8.

Bodog is a bad book to play at. Very conservative with their offerings. They do not give the player the options that other books do like buying points, etc. They put games in red boxes, that they get nervous on, limiting action and preventing parlays. They are leaving the US market at the end of the year. They may look flashy, but they sell the sizzle, not the steak. Get out now.

Like the Sparks tonight over the Storm. LA gave a good effort in Seattle on Sunday, and they should come out the same intensity. I believe have the Storm have taken 9/10 against LA. Time for a change and Parker and the ladies fighting for their playoff lives.

I think Shack goes off around 5/1 because of the distance questions. He got slow splits in the Derby, but tired in the 1 1/4 race. He got caught late in the Fla Derby/Haskell as well, and those races were at a 1 1/8. He's a game pony, but I don't think he wants the 1 1/4. Lean towrd Stay Thirsty, as I think he is approving every step of the way. Biggest concern is that he may bouince off last effort. He will be a short price, so I may try to hit some exacta's. Raison D' Etat looks interesting at a price(10/1 on morning line)

Like the skins tonight. Lewis, Reed, Suggs, and Ngata will play very little tonight. Add in the Skin QB battle and you have a possible upset or least a great chance to cover the 5. |

Who knows if any of these books will survive, but 5 dimes is a great book. Just a recommnendation- do not keep a whole lot of coins in any one book. You just never know.

Like the fact they are going invite only after the Superbowl. Will sign up with later this year in case the book I am using shuts down.

I am going to play the under 52. Two good defenses. Number might be inflated because of Boise St. reputation as a high scoring team. Flash back 2 years ago to Boise/TCU in the BCS bowl game- this game has the same type of feel.

Stay away form Bodog. Very conservative book in the way they approach their customers, and they are leaving US market at the end of the year.

Can't beat the options on 5 dimes. Last night I moved the Giants from -1/2 point in the 1stQ to +1/2 point. Sure I had to pay more vig if I lost, but that made the difference between winning and losing. The more the options the better, you just have to be disciplined in your approach.

I meant to say 25 cent minimum in the racebook.
