@RLeith35 Thoughts on Southern Miss not having a QB listed, at all, on their depth chart for the game? |

@Pro_Fball_Picks Thanks - forgot to mention, Memphis also had 3 turnovers on top of all of the other miscues at Tulsa, and only lost by 6. One note, Silverfield has never covered a road game spread since he took over. Obviously some bad luck and misfortune as a +4 dog @ Tulsa led to not covering there/winning outright. Peter Parrish is the backup and can run the ball better than Henigan, but again, unproven - TBD who is playing tonight. I don't think the "Bounce House" has as much sway as usual this season due to their struggles. Maybe I'll be wrong, Memphis has athletes on defense and the 5'11" UCF backup QB is not Dillon Gabriel. Their pass defense looks bad because they play 3 down lineman and try to prevent the big play. UCF struggled to move the ball on ECU and I simply think Memphis will be able to hold their own, as long as they can contain the run. Memphis has just as much speed as UCF and I think Austin/Dykes/Thomas on offense will be too much to handle for UCF. Some shaky road games this season with a freshman QB/RB in the backfield, hopefully they've corrected the mistakes from the previous road games this season. Memphis "should" be 7-0, all things considered. |

If Memphis takes care of the football, they will win. 3 losses by a combined 11 points with a -6 turnover margin. 3 missed FG's & an extra point @ Tulsa, lose by 6. Not to mention the coach elected to go for it on 4th & 4 from the 11, rather than go up 16-14 (if they actually made a FG), and the WR was practically tackled to the ground and no PI called, would've put them up either 16-14 or 21-14. Against Temple, Memphis was up 17-0, Temple scored to make it 17-7 and on the very next possession Memphis fumbled inside their own 20. Not to mention, Memphis also fumbled on the 1 yard line going in for a TD as well. Against UTSA, Memphis was up 21-0 to start the game (yes, the UTSA team ranked in the Top 25), and then decided to play safe, and turn the ball over 2 times. Both of which were on their side of the field in the 4th Q. Long story short, UCF's backup QB is not good, if Memphis can contain the run and take care of the ball, they will win. Henigan is probable and the backup is unproven - QB transfer from LSU who has been on the roster for 2 years but has not thrown a pass in a live game. Came in for mop up duty against Navy. Regardless, the line has not moved and I think Memphis should take care of business. Not the same UCF team we've seen in year's prior. |

LHH - I read the message you posted, when you go back and read what you typed, you literally sound like Trump! "My character is impeccable...I have MBA from a Top 25 Program and a CPA credential." I thought that part was funny, when you read that in Trump's voice, you sound just like him. HA! Regardless, I (too) have a Master's degree and am a licensed CPA (although I left that world 5-6 years ago, thankfully). The 80+ hour work weeks were okay in my younger years but once you reach a certain level, the cream does not rise to the top, and you're left with management that loves to take the punishment of working ridiculous, unnecessary, hours because they have no life outside of work rather than leading the charge as a true manager. I paid my dues though, and it has led me down a nice career path - one that I am grateful I have along with learning the fundamentals of how company's work behind the scenes that many do not get to see. It allows me to do my job better currently while increasing sales & simultaneously having a larger impact on our bottom line. Lastly, and I will move off politics, we won't change each other's opinion. I do not think Trump is the Messiah like some do - I do believe he was and is the best candidate to shield off the socialist movement within the left wing brain trust. The swamp is real, you may think that is a gimmick, but it's there on both sides of the aisle. At one time, maybe, just maybe, Joe Biden was a moderate - but this Joe Biden in the twilight (zone) of his career, he is a radical left wing nut. You can see how much he's grasping by announcing the brilliant, AOC, as his lead person on climate change (Green New Deal) along with his brain-trust of potential wackos that will reside in his Cabinet. No, Trump is not someone I worship, but I am thankful he has spurred growth within our economy and as each day passes, and more factual data is presented, we are beginning to learn this "virus" is a last ditch Hail Mary by the left that will fall incomplete in November. We are both intelligent enough to know this shutdown has turned into a political movement and they are trying to use the economy as a scapegoat. A broken clock has been correct more times than Czar Fauci - yet people eat out of the palm of his hand. (i.e. Senate hearing a week ago, STAY INSIDE, Rand Paul - we have to open the economy (gets castrated by the media), yesterday, Fauci - "we must open the economy or there will be irreparable damage"; you literally cannot make this stuff up, I feel like it's the Twilight Zone)) Onto football, I am hopeful we will return on a normal schedule and Week "0" will take place as currently formatted. I would sit in the stands at my alma mater's home game, today, if given the choice. I think by the time September rolls around and this thing phases out along with improvements from a treatment standpoint, we will be given the green light, or at least I hope that will happen. Additionally, a case study 20 years from now will be interesting to see on this "pandemic" and the gross mismanagement by those lauded by the media (Coumo) and those denigrated by the media (DeSantis) when the facts/data is presented and tell the real story. I'll report back with my Week 1 thoughts soon, there is no better time than when the fall rolls around and college football is here. Thanks for the debate back & forth. Interesting times, indeed, and when we have fans in the stands at college football games - that little sliver of normalcy will go a long way for this country. |

You just see it differently than I do, and many others. No need for personal insults about my moral character as you don't know me from a stranger in the street. If you are/were truly a Conservative prior to Trump taking office, then in no way, shape or form should that allow you to put your trust of bringing the nation back together under a Joe Biden led regime (or any current Democrat) due to how far left they lean. He cannot even put together a complete sentence much less a coordinated plan with his socialist buddies he'll place within his Cabinet to bring our country together. That's really laughable at this point if you believe such (especially based on his latest gaff). Big government is bad and Trump is exposing that on both sides of the party lines. Our own government's ineptness along with the former President, Obama, has led to someone like Trump getting in office due to the country becoming sick & tired of the PC garbage trying to be force fed to us. I do not need the government to dictate how I live. Get off your ass, get a job, earn a living and contribute to society. Plain & simple - he's the best fit for our country, currently, out of the candidates running for office (which does show the LACK of quality candidates). I don't worship a President, but I am glad he's in office to allow my business to thrive and the economy to boom without government interference. This virus was a legit threat at one point - then it went political. It's a hoax and they're using it as a last ditch effort for the November election. We just see it from two different lenses, thankfully, he will win re-election because socialism is not the ideal scenario for our country. Once the House flips, as seats currently are, it will be fun to sit back and watch how the next 4 years play out. Actions speak louder than words, because he "says mean things" on twitter doesn't correlate to his day-to-day actions that are what our country needs at this present time. Obama's (and the Dem's) lasting legacy will be that he put our country in such a terrible position, a candidate like Trump, was elected. And most notably, Thank God Hillary Clinton is not leading the charge. I suppose you think she's squeaky clean (which, if so, you're as lost as a goose). President Trump obviously lives in your head displayed by that brief message above. Keep the faith, all of this is out of our control, we just have to do the best we can, daily, control what we can control and let the chips fall where they may. Life is too short to possess that much anger. |

Tread lightly - Memphis is 15-1 in weeknight games in the past 4 years (lone loss coming in the debacle at Tulane w/ 5 defensive starters out and rain, which we know how Memphis plays in the rain - not well). Not to mention, the last 4 times Memphis has played SMU and the outcomes. Nothing has changed since then and Memphis will continue to assert its dominance against SMU & their 88th ranked rushing defense. UCONN just posted 50 against them last week, Memphis has scored 30 or more in 6 straight games and there's no way SMU will hold them under 40 points Friday. Lastly, if Houston wins tonight, this game sets up Memphis to play for the West division crown at home, against Houston next Friday. I would put my trust in the best RB in the country (who is now healthy) to run all over SMU. Best of luck |

This guy must've lost his lunch money for the week. They were up by 11 with 5 minutes to go, you'd take that 100/100 times if someone said you had that lead with 5 minutes left prior to laying a dime on it. As Forrest Gump said, garbage happens. |

You're not alone - I've been up over $10k in my account 3 times during the college football season by manufacturing $500 into 5 digits. Ultimately, you start chasing and what do you know, you're back to zero. I closed out a parlay with the Clemson game and turned $750 into 5 digits here recently which will now be the 4th time. I plan on cashing out this time as it takes a toll on you with the highs & lows. At some point you just don't give a F and put it all on a game because you're tired of the hassle. At least I know that's how I feel, at times. I know if I don't chase bets (or get drunk and want to make stupid bets), I can win, and that's when I can build a consistent bank roll.

I agree with you, the venue will not impose a real home court advantage and Baylor doesn't play many games in this kind of a setting. |

I post every now and then on the forum but wanted to get some feedback on these 2 games. Cal -1 I locked this game in last night and honestly do not see how they can lose this game against UCSB. They hung with UCLA through the 1H but were unconscious from 3. Cal has some really good post players along with Cobbs at PG. Their bench is strong based on their tournament play last week when Solomon went down. They rebound well and are very long & athletic. The only way I can see UCSB competing is if they get hot from 3 along with the home crowd. I'm taking the better team to win this one with Cal due to theri experience and talent level.
UK -3 With this not being a "true" road game (although I know the stands will be heavily in Baylor's favor) I see UK not being intimidated in such a large venue. They just went into the Barclays and handled business against a scrappy Providence squad. Baylor's bigs aren't very impressive as they do not have much of a post presence and score most of their points in transition or from putbacks. Austin is a soft 7 footer and WCS can handle his own in the paint on D. I think UK's length and speed will be too much for Baylor. If they can knock down 6-8 3's to stretch out Baylor's zone and allow them to attack the inside of the zone I believe they can control the game.
Just my thoughts but I will be playing both. Any opinions are welcome. |

Guys, it's that time again for me to pick the perfect opportunity to drop another 20 unit bomb on my Tigers. The last time I posted I hit an easy +120 at Tennessee.
The Tigers will give Dellavedova fits on the defensive end much like Zaga did and try to take him out of the game. Once he's gone their offense crumbles. Our athleticism coupled with our speed will allow Pastner to FINALLY get his first tournament victory. DO NOT over think this game. The line has swung 3.5 points since yesterday when I locked my bet in at +1.5. I'm even adding an additional 10 units at -2 today because I honestly do not see how our team will lose today. St. Mary's is a very efficient team but MTSU doesn't possess near the amount of athletes as we have on the floor. This team plays together better than any team Pastner has coached in the past. We assist on 60-70% of our made baskets over the past 5-10 games. Please, I'm not being a homer I just see a huge opportunity here where the line is a joke and they're undervaluing us because of our conference. We have the talent and the hunger to get the W. Locked in 20 units @ +105 Additional 10 units @ -2 Good luck everyone if you decide to tail.
