Both teams above are playing inferior squads....although they are playing true road games in the NIT 1st round, I like the way both teams match up against the other.  Should be a couple covers, if not outright wins.

Iowa has been on a tough slide....these two teams, as of recently have been heading in opposite directions.

However, Iowa is still the "deepest team in the nation" as far as bench productivity (offensive efficiency of bench players and most minutes played outside of the 5 starters.)  This could have a factor on a neutral court in a high-stakes game.  Might be worth looking into.  Iowa really does use the bench, and they have reserves that contribute.

Oddsmaking is a business, and accuracy is important.  This is not uncommon during tourney time.  Be patient....and most importantly, don't pounce on a line just because it becomes available and you feel like time is running out.  Plenty of meat and potatoes on the board.

Good luck buddy.

Some people just dont get it.

Train, as long as you and the handful of us that get the big picture understand it, that's all that matters.  I used to waste my time addressing these issues, but the number of clowns that pour into this site on a daily basis continues to grow, and the message gets diluted and long forgotten.

Everyone has different styles of gambling habits.....such is life.  One thing I've taken from your posts and others like you, is that regardless of your winning %, you provide, discuss, and evaluate GOOD INFORMATION.  Like you said, some people don't get it.  Making a prediction somehow comes across as a guarantee to some folks.  Just gotta let the children play.  You've gotten much better at ignoring and fending off the haters by sarcastically telling them "cool story," etc.  Keep it up, and most importantly, keep up the good discussion.  At the very least, we've basically got a sports-based tabloid to read every day when we pull up covers.com.

Blazay,

Not sure how much you get to watch St. Louis, but they're almost worth backing against anyone at this point.  They're one of the few teams in the country (along with VCU, Duke, Virginia, Wichita State) that does not take a single possession off.  They play hard every single play on offense and defense, and come to win every single game with focus.  I'll give you your point though-  15 does seem like a lot in a game that is sure to be highly defensive.  I wish you luck tonight.

Anyone see the St. John's player step in the lane there and drag McDermott too?  That's illegal....refs acted like it didn't happen.

Wow.

I also mentioned I expect it to go the other way 2nd half and that it's intentional.  The refs are calling with their instincts as they would any game.  Reading comprehension is your friend, brother.

It's because Creighton has been playing smart this half and has adjusted to earn the fouls.  Further more,  it goes beyond foul calls....I'm talking everything across the board.  As I said, I'm on St. John's,  and I rarely feel this way.  It's to the point where I'm psyching myself out because I expect everything to go against my wishes from a gambling position.

Good luck dude.  Just closed out a parlay with Cuse as the last leg.  Hope we all end weekend with at least a little profit.

Yeah don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they're rigging it.  Just the way the plays are happening and how the calls are falling makes it seem like they're getting favoritism.   Could very well be the exact opposite in the 2nd half.

It's what makes this shitt so fun.

Good luck boys regardless of what side you're on.  I can see the Blue Jays pulling this out by 3 or 4 and burning me.

The fact that the Johnnies are heading into the locker room by a few buckets is laughable.

Let's get it either way

And every shot and possible break going in our favor as well.  This is going to be a crazy finish I have a feeling.

They aren't calling anything on the Red Storm.  I'm on St. John's so I'm not complaining, but I almost feel guilty watching this.  Anyone watching this game?  Very pivotal no calls on Creighton's end and vice versa in favor of St. John's.

If you follow BGK long enough, you'll realize you're talking shitt to someone who is a much better handicapper than you are.

Why don't you ever make picks?

Thanks.  And I'm assuming you double-down on each proceeding wager until it hits, thus recouping your losses from the previous wagers?
