Baltimore has been a solid offense, but got lucky in Denver (key penalty calls and hail mary) and in New England with Talib injury and windy conditions. Can Kaep match his previous performances?...i'm leanin that he will. I haven't pulled the trigger yet and may bet Baltimore if i can catch a +6 or more here in Reno at the Peppermill. they opened at +6.5 but i missed it yesterday. Agree. Ravens aren't even in this contest except for the worst Ref Crew in NFL history, and coaches tellin Peyton to run the ball instead of quick pass for 1st down to end game. Kaepernick is a two-edged sword unlike Brady who needs to stand in the pocket. Ravens will have him and Gore to cover on runs as well as passing which will wear them down quickly. Flacco hasn't been the QB we've seen in recent years, he hasn't slung INT's or fumbled the ball ... not sure how long that can last? That bein said, i do think the Ravens can keep the game close so I'm waitin on a -3 then will buy a hook to 2½ just because i hate Pushin on FG's. But, like you if there's a swing to 9er's and i see 4½+ will swing to takin +5. Must admit, i was shocked how poorly the Pats played. Brady slingin dirt-balls, and little to no pass-rush to keep Flacco off-balance? What were they thinkin?!? |

If you actually watched that Denver game you would have clearly heard the commentary confirming what I was seeing, OLD AND SLOW. The game is replaying on NFL TV and I can't bear to watch it because it pisses me off with the idiot Refs and Manning sittin on the ball instead of slingin the ball for a 1st down to end the game. Can't watch the SeaHawk game either because of the idiot coaches who left 18-tics on the play-clock on 2nd & 5 just before their last TD. Agree with your thinking! Pats -7½ |

VanHawk, puleez ... Hasselbeck as your Sig?
Between Matt Ryan and Hasselpick it woud be a toss-up who threw the most INT's Totally agree with you however w/re field conditions. No doubt in my mind it contributed to RGIII bein injured worse. That and idiotic coaches' call on leavin him in the game with a reliable back-up. How's things up in Van? I used to live in Kits & on Cortez Island. SEA-Fence rolls the WAVE over Ryan. Hawks +3 |

He's lost so far to the Cards, Pack, and Gints. Not for nothin I don't see anything there to tout IMHO. SeaHawks +2½ |

Correcto-mundo Ace. Interestingly enough the G-Men went 7-1 on the road that year to secure the WildCard berth, and then went on to win all their Playoff games on the road to finally defeat the Pats at the Big Dance. Hell, the Gints had to win those games on the road because at home they were a pathetic 3-5 ... pfftt! (Colts & Cowpokes were also 7-1 on the road that year) Pats by a FG, per usual. |

Hawk fans were Raider fans before we got the Hawks, and I have missed viewing very few of their games, especially the Whiners & Zona games which are both pretty good rivals for the Hawks?
When Zona had decent QB's I would agree with their backers here today but Skelton? C'mon, 2-TD's in his last 4-games, and Fitzgerald ain't the threat he once was now averaging 35yds per game vs his usual 75yds (when Skelton can get it to him?). SeaHawk's D-wave is gonna roll right over Zona an sack Skelton 4+. Besides, The Greek is offering 9½ right now. I love our Hawks at home, but not that much. Would like to wait it out for a 9 hopin more Zona believers chime in but I'll just buy the Hook. Hawks -9 BOL 99Kings! |

The first time you're scared but don't hesitate. The second time you know what's comin and that's when you're really scared. Last game for him was at home, this is on the road and no doubt he will have the jitters. Facing the 27th ranked defense tho he should relax fairly quickly? And I don't know why folks are raving about the Saints winning their last 3/games. Only one team had a winning record, Falcons. In fact, Falcons are the only team besides the Bucs that the Saints have beaten all season that has a winning record right now. And why the hell the Falcons couldn't score from the Saints 1 in the last 2/mins just blows me away. It's like they never heard of a Bootleg? It's all about geometry. Goin up the gutt, or over center is too crowded, but utilizing your angle to the right with a Bootleg closes that 1yd pretty damned fast ... jmo 49ers -1 |

Romo doesn't have protection and chokes at crucial moments, i.e. fumbles in RZ?
RGIII will show why he's rookie QB of the year, and team captain, he's a winner. Skins +3½ all day. |
