Not sure how many of you all use 5dimes, but I requested a payout probably 2 months ago.  After going back and forth with them for a while now, I have come to the realization that I am not going to get my money.  They kept giving me the run around and told me to go to Western Union to get it.  I used the information they provided and the money wasn't available.  So I contacted 5dimes and they said there is nothing they can do.  I am now out the money I requested with no recourse.  I would advice anyone against using that website after my experience.

Agreed.  It is funny listening to people talk about how the SEC is down because they are "only" 4-3 thus far in bowl games.  I suspect they win today and Monday, finishing the bowl season at 6-3.  I guess for the SEC that is down, but still far away the best conference.  The Big whatever proved against Oregon and A&M that they aren't in the same league.

Good luck.  One of these days you will bet on an SEC.  May not be until next year though.

Sumlin is just helping his recruiting even more with this. Honestly, if you were a recruit in Texas, how could playing for Sumlin not be your first choice?

The big 12 is pretty much a joke in terms of defense. OU is another example.

When does stoops ever show up against top ten teams? As it relates to the over, A&M is doing there part, but big choke bob will likely screw us over backers.

Unfortunately for the Horns, in the future it may not matter if the Horns want someone with Sumlin there.

The question might be what have the Ravens proven to be a 6.5 fav over an 11-5 team. They have lost 4 of 5 and 2 of their last 3 home games. They also have 9-6 wins over KC, 13-10 vs pitt and 16-13 vs SD. (They also lost by 30 to the Texans in Houston, but conveniently you only point out the Colts losing by 12 in Houston)

Ravens getting Lewis back and semi healthy D is the only reason I'm not pounding the Colts, but Ravens aren't as good as last 2 years.

I didn't point out the Ravens losing by 30 in Houston because it wasn't relevant.  The Ravens aren't the road team here, the Colts are.  Further, the last game they lost, Taylor was the leading passer in that game, not Flacco.  I wonder why they lost?

The public seems to be pounding the Colts and likely get pounded.  I don't see how it makes sense to back the worst road team in the play-offs with a rookie QB and a below average defense.

What have you seen from Indy on the road to make you think they will cover?

Here are my thoughts on the four dogs:

1. Indy: They are 0-3 this year, losing by an average of 22 points on the road against teams with winning records.  That includes 20 points against the Bears, 35 points against the Pats and 12 points against the Texans, while the Texans were reeling.

2. Minny: Vegas clearly wants you to take the Vikes.  The Vikes cost Aaron Rodgers and the Pack a bye week.  They will make them pay for that.

3. Cincy and Wash: These are coin flippers in my opinion.

I just thought I would bring this one back up to point out that we have five straight winners (assuming Ohio holds on) with Central Michigan, San Jose State, Cincy, Baylor and Ohio.  That puts it at 7-5 with Rutgers and Minnesota pending for the rest of the day.

I am not saying you should or should not follow this system, but people bash way too easily.  Thorpe was just trying to help and as of now the system is hitting at around 58%.

Great 3-1 start, that should be 4-0 if not for the miraculous comeback by Arizona on Saturday.  Good luck with SDSU.

Although no one would admit to this, the game tonight does not mean as much for the Texans as the game next week does.  First off, next week, they can win the division against the Colts.  Secondly, even if they lose tonight, they still have a one game advantage over the Pats and effectively a two game advantage over the Broncos for home field throughout the playoffs.

NFL Betting > Colin Cowherd's Balzin 5 > View Post
Not sure why so many people think Colin is betting on "garbage teams".  Let's go through them.

First off, Cleveland over KC.  KC is an absolute garbage team, however Cleveland is not.  The Browns are 4-8 and three of their losses are by 4 points or less.

Second is Tennessee.  Ok, Tennessee is 28th out of 32 teams in terms of their sagarin rating.  But, guess what, Indy is 23rd.  Why, because Indy's strength of schedule is one of the worst in the NFL.  Add-in that this a great situational play against Indy, with a huge game on deck, and I don't see the problem in this one.

Third is B-more.  No one will call them a garbage team.  Add-in that they have beat up on teams whose defenses are ranked outside of the top 20 and I don't care that the Skins have RGIII, I agree with taking the Ravens.

Fourth is Dallas.  Dallas and Cincy are basically the same team in terms of record with Cincy being one game better.  Meanwhile, Cincy has been relatively healthy, while Dallas has not.  Well, they have Murray again, so that should do nothing but help I would suspect.

Finally, we have Carolina.  While the Panthers may seem like a garbage team, try this on for size.  The Panthers have the third ranked SOS while the Falcons rank dead last in SOS.  On paper if you look at record only, it seems like a huge mismatch, but that SOS discrepancy is one reason I don't think that is the case.

I think it is more likely you can't cap. People who know a little something about betting on football know that teasing through multiple "football numbers" can prove to be quite successful.  Further, some good cappers on here tease all the time.  Sil1y (who no longer posts here) users teasers quite often.  There is nothing wrong with them if you know how to use them, which you clearly do not based on your comment.

Just curious, but why no play thus far on Detroit.  From your efficiency rankings it looks like you see quite a difference between them and the Colts.  Further, you have them winning by 9, which is a decent amount off of the line.  Personally, that is one of my favorite plays of the week.

Well, for one, Bama steam rolled Michigan on a neutral field (Dallas).  The same Michigan team that ND beat by single digits.  Then of course, Florida beat a one loss FSU and South Carolina (without their starting QB or RB) beat a one loss Clemson.
