The problem came in when you decided to bet 6 favorites, and most of them had a huge public following with low spreads..

So his friends "tried to shield him with their bodies? Am I missing something or did his friends actually did nothing to fend off the attackers?? Friends don't "shield", they throw a few punches themselves. Random, kind-hearted people who are witnessing this fight shield..

Dirk gets blamed the same way Lebron got blamed when his Cavs lost to Orlando and Boston.... |

This strategy won't last long. It's seems like you are trying to single-handily pick when to tail and fade line movement. That is almost impossible to do. It may work for a little while, but once you gain some confidence and decid to go big, that's when it will hit you...

Whether or not is has any bearing on this game, but the REDS are the public play. By a pretty large margin too.. Covers maybe a different matter....

I can't stand to watch Golf. But you know what, you don't see me going into golf forums saying how much I hate golf. Why? Because I rather waste my time in the forum of my chosen sport.. Which is NBA Basketball...
P.S If you want to talk trash behind my back, do it in the golf forum as I will never, ever go in there..... |

But what they have done is find perfect sampling populations that, more often than not, reflect exactly what the rest of the country is thinking. Saying forums are like an exact representation of the public is like that an internet poll should be taken a face value... Real political polls use a data, statistics, and research to determine who to poll. You are telling me this forum does that?? Anyway, believe what you want to believe. I just thought I would point out that gross overstatement on which side the public is betting on. I'm done with this conversation as it seems to have it's own legs and running into another topic... |

Knicks playing defense?? They gave up 119 points to the Cavs and let them shoot 50% from the field. When is that defense??

Miami may not win, however the books would have to be beyond stupid to change the odds significantly just because of a few bad games.. All of the elite teams will look very beatable before the season is over with...
