Iowa State is going to rip us a new one. Can't bet against my Huskies, though. I guess I will have to take the UNDER and hope for a defensive game. |

This is either a gimme or a set-up. Not sure why Ohio is giving only 3 with all the success they have had lately, especially against Miami. I'm gonna take Ohio small. GL.

QB Endres and OL Eric Kuracea thrown off the team this week. Louisville rolls in this one, but Uconn beats West Virginia next week at home.

Are the Rutgers cheerleaders not the ugliest pigs you've ever seen???

Big CT fan. We struggle against scrambling qb's. I was surprised to see the line so large; figured it would be at 2.5 or so. Maybe my team can surprise me again. This would be considered the Big East non-conference win of the year even if they barely win outright. We're tough on the run, but qb's that have wheels can usually pick us apart. |

I'm scared here. 71% on LaTech and line goes down. I've seen this before. I took Tech and I think I already regret it.

Stanford is just laying down in this game. What a bunch of pussies...

I'm laying off of this one because I can't bet against my team. But I wouldn't be surprised if our D holds SC to 14 or less. Garcia will turn it over at least twice and our RBs will combine for at least 175. SC has much more talent and speed on defense and I can see Frazier throwing 2 or 3 pics as well. Tough game to call. You SC guys will respect Uconn after this game. We're all heart. SC wins by anywhere from 1-7 pts. Sorry no help with this post.

Fat Ass Tom is gone. Rookie head coaches in home openers against non-conference foes are 54-84 ATS. OVER seems to be the play with a smaller play on Colorado.

ONLY thing that scares me here is that Utah may take the foot off of the gas late in the game so that they don't embarrass their former DC... hope they can cover 20.5.

Why is this a pick'em now? Did I miss something? I locked in at BYU -2 figuring the line would go up to 3. What happened?

Temple has been a covering machine this year. They have covered iin 5 of their 6 games. Going with a hunch here and taking CMU -7.

Wow, ignore my last post. Wyoming IS getting the points.
My wife just delivered our first child and I'm sleeping 4 hours per night. Maybe this is a good week to save my money! |

Something is weird about this game. If anything, Wyoming should be GETTING the points. I think I'll take them to cover since something is definitely odd with this one. There aren't too many 'gifts' from the oddsmakers after Week 4, so this one could be a set up. Public all over BGSU here, I'll go with Vegas here.

I actually watched the Akron-Army game last week (pathetic, I know). Army fumbled the ball away numerous times on the QB-FB exchange. That can't happen when you run the ball as many times as Army does per game. Here's hoping they worked on their fundamentals in practice. Small play on Army. GL.

Louisville scored three times on slow-developing sweeps last week. Those plays are going to get blown up in the backfield by Uconn's D on Friday night.
Uconn struggles on the road, though. Look for Uconn's QB Ty Lorenzen to run more than usual. I like the under here. I feel that Louisville wins in a low scoring game... maybe 17-14? 20-14? Good luck to all. I just want to see a good, close game. |

Not sure if this matters, but gametime temps are in low 50's. It's cold up here!
