As cocky24 mentioned, weather has been and will continue to be miserable with wind at 10+ mph all night. Line seems to be going through the roof on WSU. Going to pass on this one, mid 40's with wet conditions sounds like TO city. GLTA |

I'm taking the Tide here. Saban was pissed after last weeks win and I'm sure it translated into a hell week of practice. Ole Miss is not going to sneak up on these guys or, not have Bama's full attention. Hallzer1 and Xenres, great posts with excellent input. For me, I think -11/-11.5 is great value with Bama, I actually think they'll win by 20+ and the reason I say that is because if Saban get the chance to bury them........he will. It's week 3, any inexperience Bama does have should be focused and ready for this one. Just my thougts, GLTA. |

Meant numbers from the "Eagles/Chargers game"

I know that the final score is what matters, but here are some numbers from this game that I found interesting. The Chargers had the ball for over 40 minutes and put up almost 540 yards of O. The flip side of this is that the Eagles had the ball for less than 20 minutes and put 510 yards of O, kind of scary if you ask me. Yeah, the Eagles D should have made some stops but maybe the Eagles O should have slowed tempo at times. I think it's a work in progress. I personally like the Eagles in this one laying the 3 at home coming off the home loss. I think they'll be focused. Just my opinion, GLTA.

Butler won't see anything defensively tonight that wasn't thrown at them against VCU. I agree that they take care of business tonight, I just don't see anything different. I see a double digit Butler W tonight.

With all due respect......the hell with 3rd game in 4 nights for any team in this league, after 4 months off I think those stats should be thrown out the window and some of these fleabags should be sucking it up to make up for lost time. Ducks have already seen these guys and to be honest, the Sharks are probably a little bit overrated at this point, the last 3 games show they might be coming back down to earth. I'll take the Ducks in this one, just the law of averages. GLTA.

In his last 3 home games against the Raiders, Cowboys and Cardinals, Ryan has thrown 1 TD and 8 INT's. It's amazing that they won all 3 of those games. On a short week I don't know that I trust him. Just something to think about. Kind of leaning NO with points but might be sitting this one out. GLTA.

Am taking the home dog (ML) on a short week. They've already played each other once so there shouldn't be any surprises in game plans other than a wrinkle here or there. Sure, no MJD but I'll take my chances. Everyone seems to be on the Colts/Luck bandwagon. It's a feel good story but they could easily be 3-5 going into this one. Greenbacks are Greenbacks, throwin em at the Jags tonight, small play, nothin crazy. GLTA.

I think the line might be a little inflated here. I realize what La Tech did against A&M last week which was awesome, but I could see them being both deflated and maybe playing down a bit this week. Might tease 'em. Good luck to all.

I'm taking Pitt here. Oliver looks doubtful, Taylor Questionable according to this site but to be honest, I won't care if both were playing. I think Pitt is desperate for a W and puts together a complete game. I have no idea why the line has dropped but I'll take it.

After seeing La Tech put up 57 points and over 600 yards of offense on the Aggies last week, I'll take my chances with LSU. A lot of that might have come against 2nd team D (honestly don't know) but 57 points and 600 yards of O is pretty impressive and it wasn't like A&M had to travel to either coast to play the game. Argument might be that they were looking ahead to LSU but I'm not buying into it. GLTA.

I'll take Durant and O-City in this one to close out their West Coast trip on a high note. Yeah they lost to the Kings last night and do lose an hour flying out to Salt Lake but I just think they get it done. I think laying 1, or 2 is a bargain here. Johnny Hazz |

I think if and when the team team gets to a comfortable spot against the Rams then Harbaugh pulls the starters. With a first round bye on the line I think he has them fired up to go. I'll lay the points here, really alot at stake to just have guys sit. GLTA Johnny Hazz |

I'm looking at Redskins ML as well and don't think it's out of the question. Eagles could very well just be collecting those final paychecks and be done wilth it. What's left to play for at this point.....Andy Reid? This team should try out for the 76ers. GLTA Johnny Hazz |

My greenbacks are on the Ravens and to be honest, with the line so low.....I think this is an absolute steal. Cincy has had a great year with a rookie QB and WR but the reality is......the playoffs start tomorrow for both of these teams and I'll take the Ravens D against Dalton. If he proves me wrong I'll tip my cap but I just think the Ravens roll here. GLTA Johnny Hazz |
