ESPN is reporting the "999" autographs - it can be verified.  I think they said something like 1700 total......well, there are more and also in groupings that would confirm they were authenticated sequentially and seemingly part of an organized signing.  Again, it can be verified.

As to payment, let's be honest: an athlete is not going to sign thousands of autographs for FREE!  Someone benefited and its just a matter of time before the NCAA ties it all together.

Phil is a top-notch dbag, no doubt.  I've had first-hand experience and the good-ole boy facade is what it is: a facade to get people to like him and drive ticket sales.  Before I ever met him, I actually rooted for him because my college roommate showed me the over-the-head flop-shot and I thought it was so awesome.  But as I got into work and business and sponsorship stuff with local stuff (Shell Open), I saw how jaded he became, especially after winning a couple of Masters.  I no longer root for him..

haha, yeah.  i can see walking Cabrera, but they could've pitched to/around Fielder.  he might've grounded into the double-play.  but when they loaded the bases, i was hoping for a salami to put it over, but two hits will do..

the Astros are just plain awful, but they will punch a team in the mouth at least once a series.  tonight was their big punch.  they most likely won't have anything for the last three games.  then again, the Tigers hitters might be a little tired as well.  they should have won 8-3 like OP said and should've won like that the whole series.  tonight's game might've lowered the scoring average a tad for the weekend..

Best of luck bawlmer.  I had to take it at Over 3.25 at -114.  It is now -114, but at 3.50.  I have an Alt-line at 3.25, but at -156..

Hoping we all add one to the Win column today..
