pederson16, good to have you back on the ncaab forum. How have you been? What's our goal this season, $100K? And which crypto do you have more of now, Ethereum or XRP? Thanks. |

Hello, everyone. I googled but couldn't find anything. Is there a reason why the over-under total in nba is so high this 2018-2019 season? Are there any rule changes this season? Thank you for your comments. Below are the average Vegas over-under totals for the past seasons. 2018: 221.8 (so far 180 games have been played) 2017: 212.4 2016: 210.6 2015: 204.7 2014: 200.2 2013:200.6 2012: 195.6 2011: 191.7 2010: 198.7 |

Hello, weeble. I'm a long time reader of your posts. Would you kindly point me in the right direction as to what are the most important stats to look at when capping mlb (and nhl, if possible)? You mention several times that you stick with your database over the many years--even during the extended downswings--and get back to the winning side. Can you share some of the important variables your database keeps track of? Thank you. Weeble, I posted the above question in your Thursday's thread, but I wasn't sure if you had a chance to read it. If you did read it but prefer not to respond to it, I apologize for the intrusion in this thread. Thank you. |

Good morning, pederson16.
Kraken doesn't seem to give a garbage about customer service or acquiring new customers, as shown by the extended time that their "Get Verified" button has been disabled. I've signed up for an account with them for more than a week now but still can't verify. Is there another exchange you would recommend for U.S. customers for XRP? Thanks. |

pederson16, with a little positive variance from the gambling god, that 100K target looks achievable.
I appreciate the logical insights behind your picks. Enjoy the holidays with your family. |

pedersen16, I'm glad you're back posting on Covers.
Hope you'll hit some positive variance, especially your large plays. I followed you on Tex A&M and Portland St. How did you close out the 2016-2017 ncaab season? Were you able to hit the 100K mark? |

I'm new to baseball, so newbies like me would think that strikes are statistically good. Thank you so much for taking time out from your busy schedule to post. |

Hello, pederson. Would you kindly elaborate on why you picked Charleston Southern +22 as a play? I look at all the efficiency and sos numbers, and they all point to VA Tech. The one positive for Charleston Southern is, they have a better bench than VA Tech. Thank you for your time.

pederson, thank you for answering my question. Just one more, please...
The numbers under the AdjTempo column at kenpom' site...is that the projected number of possessions for each team for the game? For example today's game between The Citadel and Arizona St, The Citadel 83.2 possessions for the game and Arizona St 71.7 possessions for the game? Is that how we interpret the tempo numbers? Thank you. |

Hello pederson16,
Can I ask how many points for home court advantage do you give to the home team when you cap your games? And do you use the same hca number for all the teams, or does each individual team get a different hca number? I'm still learning the ins and outs of college basketball. Thanks so much. |

TheBuddah, I appreciate your taking the time to answer my question.
I added you as a friend. Please accept. I went back to your 2015-2016 posted plays and did a brief study on them. There were two areas that you did exceptionally well. That's why I sent the request to be added as a friend so I could message the results to you. |

Hello, guys.
I have a serious question. I have burned through all the local bookies that my brother and cousins could get for me. Now I can't put down anymore plays, as they won't take my actions. I bet on college football and college basketball spreads and overs/unders on first halves, second halves, and whole games. I also bet on MLB overs/unders. My bet size ranges from $500 to $1000 per play. For those who regularly bet online in Vegas with those casinos that offer online betting, what is the typical juice? Have you been backed off (not allowed to play) because you're a long-term winner? If not backed off, did the casinos adjust the juice specifically for your account to make it unplayable for you--for example, after I won 9K over three weeks, my local bookie adjusted the juice in my account from -105 to -110 and -115 on all games. Given my bet size, please recommend some Vegas online books. And do they report winnings to IRS? Thanks for your responses. |

Brother DoubleUp4Life, do you still post your power ratings for all the games? If I remember correctly, last season I believe you post most, if not all, your power ratings numbers in your Thursday's post. Thank you for your time and work, brother.
