IMO........ I would definately do low carb if trying to drop weight. But that's hard to do. 30-40 is pretty extreme. If was me, I'd shoot for 75.
Dropping weight is 90% nutrition. Really need to get a grip on the diet. And I don't know how people do it without cooking their own food.
If time is a challenge, cook a few days at a time. Make a few days of chicken per batch. That's what a lot of people do.
