Bama will be coming up to Happy Valley next year. Also the following year playing Michigan in the "cowboy classic" in Dallas to open the season.

Not sure why the rest of my post didn't make it, but regardless, here is my prediction Big Ten: East-Penn St, Ohio St, Michigan, Michigan St, Purdue, Indiana / West-Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Northwestern Pac-10: North-Washington, Washington St, Oregon, Oregon St, Stanford, California / South-USC, UCLA, Arizona, Arizona St, Utah, Colorado |

what a joke he is. Complains about not getting good passes, then he gets one and fumbles, then another perfect pass right through the mitts.

UCF beats Houston outright. UCF will score with Houston, they have some playmakers on that team(harvey, aiken, ross). Defense is decent, although they got shredded by mccoy. Keenum due for a bad game.

TIDE will ROLL Big in this game. People say that Bama is overrated, because of their offensive struggles the past couple of games. What about LSU? They put up 42 on Tulane, but thats best putput of season against a bad bad Tulane team. They struggled on the road at Miss St.(should have lost) and at Georgia(should have lost). Neither of those teams are very good this year. I think LSU may get on the board early, but its going to go downhill from there. Tide D will shut down Scott, force Jefferson into 3rd and longs and he will struggle mightily. Very possible to see a pick 6 for arenas or barron Saturday. As for Alabama offense, LSU will load up the box to shut down Ingram & co. However, the importance of the bye week for Saban & the Tide can not be under-estimated. The passing game will be clicking and will give LSU alot of trouble. Biggest problem I see for tide is kick coverage. Holiday is quick and is a playmaker. He must be contained, as kick/punt returns can completely change momentum of a game. If he doesn't have a big day, LSU has no chance. Bottom Line, Tide Rolls. 33-13 |

+1 is the way to go. It keeps the college football season as important and exciting as it always has been. You get to keep the tradition and $$$$ of all the bowl games as well. They need to add one more BCS game, maybe Capital One Bowl(Orlando is going to renovate Citrus Bowl), or the Cotton Bowl. Then rotate the two games that will feed to the BCS title game every year, and continue the rotation of title game location. BCS title game should be around the 10th of January every year. But as someone said earlier, Rose Bowl and Pac-10 are the big problem to this scenario. Maybe we will get it one day, but, until then, sorry to the 3rd and 4th best teams according to the the polls. |

Yeah, just brutal weekend. I'm UCF alum, at least they pulled out the miracle win tonight. Looks like they should go bowling this year. No money on game, but small consolation prize.

Never been so sore from so much back door action going against me in one day. The 1st, Indiana(+17), Iowa scores 28 points in 4th quarter, Indiana calls timeout with a minute left, Iowa breaks 27 yard td run for the cover. The 2nd, UL Monroe(+14.5), Game is at a 14 point margin for most of the game, Troy punts with a little over a minute left to play. Right on Queue, Monroe QB throws pick 6 for the Troy cover. The 3rd, Tulane(+36), Tulane sucks, knew this going in, just didn't see LSU putting up 6 td's. We won't mention the multiple Tulane red zone turnover's, but instead Les Miles ramming the ball right down the field at 35-0 with 2 minutes to play. LSU 10 yd touchdown with one minute remaining for the cover. And finally the 4th, Notre Dame(-27.5), Dominates the whole game, but was only covering after their final score, so they made sure it didn't last long. Gives up an easy td to Wash St. with around 4 minutes to play for the backdoor cover. What a painful day it was, and what a day it could/should have been! |

Like Tulane +36, LSU will have to score over 40 to cover this, and I just don't see it. Tulane should be able to put at least 6 on the board. LSU has Bama' next week too, so should look to rest starters in second half.

Ole Miss Runnin' Rebs will go HOG wild tomorrow! GAme should not be close. Ole Miss got their mojo goin against a bad UAB team last week and will keep it up this week. Can't fault them for their 2 losses against a dominant Bama team and a surprisingly good South Carolina team. Arkansas will be deflated after last week's loss, coaching won't be able to help. I'm liking the over. Past two meetings total has been posted in the 70's and flew over. Tulsa 0-6 on overs this year, so I think we are getting it a bit lower than it should be. UTEP defense is awful as well. Tulsa could hit the over on their own.
