Florida State Seminoles / Virginia Cavaliers Over 46 total points - 7:30 pm - rotation number 333/334 - While FSU's defense has been getting all the attention and rightfully so in many respects this offense just clicks on another level with Manuel at the helm. Add to that equation the fact they are at home and we have the makings of a pretty easy over here. Florida State can almost be chalked up for 30 points tonight to start with. The Seminoles as I have said run on a different level with Manuel, and at home, but overall they still are potent. FSU has scored 30+ in 6 of the last 7 games overall. That number gets even more impressive when you consider they have scored 34 or more in four of the last 6 games with one of those the game in which they lost not just Manuel but also their two top receivers, and top RB in a game vs. Oklahoma. This team has failed to score 34 just once all year when Manuel starts as ell. Now their D is excellent but can give up enough here to push this over. FSU has allowed less than 16 points just twice in their last 8 games and have allowed more than 19 in half of the games as well. Virginia is no longer a push over and should be able to score just enough here. The Cavs have turned their year around winning the last three straight all scoring more than 28. Overall the Cavs have just two games where they failed to see 20 and none under 14. This is shaping up where the Seminoles score right near their 34 average with Manuel and the Cavs will be good for their 17-20. |

I am not overthinking this one here. Yes I know the skeptics will say the Jets are off a very short week playing last Sunday night. I also am aware the Jets run defense isn't what it once was and they are coming off an ass kicking by the Pats. WIth all this said I have been an advocate against Tim Tebow forever and I think before that Pats game the Jets D was looking like it's old self. This is a spots where , gasp, yes even I beleivee that Rex Ryan will put together a great gameplan and stop Tebow. Last week and even the week before the Broncos were able to pull off a college gameplan and let Tebow and the running game succeed. Tebow and Denver will have a similar gameplan but you just can not win in this league with that gameplan week after week. The Broncos took on KC and Oakland in games where they had none if not limited video on what Tebow can bring. The Jets on the other hand ironically should be able to throw the ball. Denver has the worst pass defense in the league and with Plax and Holmes I actually expect Sanchez to have some success tonight as well. The Jets can put some points on the board tonight as eveidenced by the last 3 of 4 games scoring 24 or more. Strength of schedule is really what helps as well while the Jets were playing playoff minded teams like the Chargers, Pats, Ravens, and Buffalo the last five weeks the Broncos have taken on a Chiefs team without their QB, a Raiders team without their RB, got humiliated by the Lions and needed an overtime miracle to beat Miami. This will be close but a double digit win should be in store tonight.

The only thing I do not like is a getting negative points for a DNF. A driver can run out of gas with 2 laps to go or blow an engine with 5 laps to go.
