There has been a consistent trend with Covers to decrease the accessibility to and quality of customer service. That seems to be something that will no longer be any priority whatsoever with this website. The last interaction I had with someone by phone was marked by a poor attitude and a short dismissive tone. When corporate ownership takes over, they will pursue revenue streams and profits over service. People who use the site for analysis of data are not profitable. Only if they become customers of the advertisers. Why is the format constantly changing to reduce the ease to pertinent data? Also the failure to maintain a system that consistently accurately records results. Every season MLB results go missing. Other websites don't have this problem. I still use the site, but have had to use other sites to fill in the evermore constant reduction of historical data that I use.

Question for the community: Are the MLB match up pages worse or better than before? I see info/data that is no longer is available. They are more cluttered. The font is much smaller and harder to read. There used to be a pitcher's last 10 games vs an opponent, now it's down to 5. How is a smaller sample of history better? You can no longer access a pitcher's previous seasons. Thanks for the answers.

@JPAir Since Covers continues to have these problems for years now, there are alternatives at https://legacy.donbest.com/nhl/matchups/ and at https://newsday.sportsdirectinc.com/sports-scores/Hockey-Scores-Matchups.aspx |

Could you return the margin vs. the spread column in basketball and football to the matchup pages? |

Please do NOT change the NHL matchup pages to the new format. The new format is harder to read, and MORE difficult to work with. You should change all sports back to the old format or offer an OPTION like Don Best does to see the classic matchup pages. You have not made changes for the better, only worse. Ex: Why is the O/U column now in lower case and right next to the number? It is HARDER to read. Also why is the +/- performance vs the spread column now gone for basketball and football? |

The new match up pages are HARDER to read. The text is small. The O/U column is now in lower case and a lighter font. WHY??? Can you look at the old pages compared to the new pages and tell me it's easier to read? On football and Basketball there was a +/- column vs the line with color coding. That is now gone. Why did you take it away? Again the new matchup page format is NOT better. |
