Can u see UCLA/Houston final? Speak now or forever hold your peace. Serious question
in College Basketball I'd love to. I have both in a pretty good sized Survivor pool. |

Down to 7 1/2 now. It's dropped a point in the last hour. I missed it. |

FRANK THE BANK $$ CBB FINISHED COMPUTER SYSTEM SEASON LONG BETS and RECORD
in College Basketball Hey Frank. Ever think about flat-betting your picks at a smaller percentage of your bankroll? Say 1/2% per wager? I see that you are using some version of Kelly, but there is no way your potential expected value can vary between 1 and 10 units. If it did, there would be no point in betting 1 or 2 units on a game. I fire on any side/total that I believe that I have positive EV. This can result in a lot of wagers on a college hoops Saturday, therefore I just bet them at a smaller percentage of my bankroll, but always at the same amount. Just some thoughts from a long-time punter. Wish you much success. |

He said Pence (his most loyal follower) didn't "have the courage to do what was right." Err, he actually did do what was right. They need to kick in the 25th amendment. This maniac cannot be allowed to remain in office for the next two weeks. |

@Seymourbukz The Falcons were absolutely the right side in this game. Right side, wrong result. Happens all the time. |

The important thing is that you gained some insight from watching this game. I was on Zona as well, and it was clear pretty early I was on the wrong side. The coaching mismatch should have put me off this side. Need to learn every day. |

@FRANKtheBANKss Agreed, what would the score have been if Belichick was coaching the Chargers against Lynn and the Patriots? Yikes |

This game was a complete Ass-whipping, more-so than I thought. But it was a complete coaching mismatch. Lynn has been terrible since the beginning. A CBS sports reporter just added him to his "Coaches on the Hot Seat" list last week. Errr, thanks for playing. Lynn never should have come back this season. He may be a nice guy, but he simply doesn't have the acumen to be a head coach. Go back to being a coordinator. And thanks for my Patriots ML win! |

5 Dimes has been around for a long time. I have bet there since 2005. Their cashout process is kind of lame ( you have to go through a phone call and email verification), but they pay. They also have lines on just about anything. The website is definitely dated, but overall, a very solid book. |

I opened an account at Heritage a little over a year ago, and recently requested a withdrawal. I was told I needed to be "verified" and that I must provide a copy of my identification (front and back) and a utility bill, and also a credit card even though I deposited using Bitcoin. My initial thoughts screamed scam, as why the hell do they need that? I recently withdrew funds from 5Dimes and had to go through the BS phone and email verification, but they never asked for ID, utility bill, or credit card, and as both are in Costa Rica I must assume it isn't a law. (As if there were such things in Costa Rica) Is this normal procedure there? Has anybody had difficulty getting their funds from Heritage? With identity theft as rampant as it is, this gives me serious pause. Appreciate any thoughts on this matter. |

I use a similar formula to get a base line number. VGPOP adds some very valuable information to the base number. You need to come up with values for each of those variations to round your number into form.
Just remember these factors are also built into the line LVSC puts out. I would also recommend using your own power ratings to come up with a line. I use a similar pace-formula and compare it with my power ratings in order to come up with several lines. These are then compared with the posted numbers, and when my lines agree, and IMO are sharper than theirs, it is a play.

I see the Sixers turning into the Wiz. Plenty of talent, no chemistry. I guess we shall see. |

Players that don't trust their skills tend to limit their losses by buying in for the min. Kind of their own stop-loss strategy.
I don't understand it either. They are better off playing a $50 SNG. But hey, it's great for the good players at the table, just keep whittling them down.

Good luck Agreed. Play on any site, or play live long enough you are going to see plenty of crazy stuff happen. It's sickening that in the USA (allegedly the land of the free) that we aren't free to play on any poker site, or have legal poker rooms in every state. I live in Texas and I can't legally play Texas Hold'em for real cash (charities not-withstanding) so Bovada it is!

I like the Rebels in this spot as well. TCU is only favored because the masses fell in love with them this season. This should be a pick-em or Ole Miss -1. Good luck.

Been a long time since I posted anything on this forum, but it's still here, and so am I so..... Houston @ NY Giants +2 The Giants have been inept in their first two games this season whereas the Texans look like they are back in their playoff form from a couple years ago. Of course my mantra in the NFL is: 'No team is as good or as bad as they looked the week before." This is a terrible spot for Houston however. A road trip to Oakland last week, then a trip to the east coast this Sunday to face a humiliated team coached by Tom Coughlin. I believe there is a good chance for a Houston letdown. Lean NY Giants +2 ( If the number doesn't get to 3, I'll be on the ML) Indianapolis @ Jacksonville +7 The Colts have faced some serious competition in their first two games against teams that will most likely both win their divisions. Now it's time for the hapless Jaguars. Laying 7 on the road in the NFL is about as smart as slamming your d%&k in a car door, but is there any reason Andrew Luck won't take out his frustrations on the Jags secondary? Lean Indianapolis -7 (Somebody please talk me out of this....) Kansas City @ Miami - 4 1/2 The Chiefs can't be as bad as they've shown in their first two weeks can they? Smith got rattled in Week 1 by the Titans, but showed some spark against the mighty Broncos. I don't like the fact that they have to travel to Miami a week after being in Mile High, but I just don't see the Chiefs starting 0-3. Lean Kansas City +4 1/2 As of now, these are just leans I have from looking over this week's card. Still waiting on a few lines, and I may post some more later. Any information, objections, and general harassment are welcome here! GL |
