I got notified that my selection is void for Survivor. I am not allowed to make a new pick. I would think that if a game is called prior to its scheduled start you would be allowed to pick. I understand that once the game starts you would be locked in. Please put my to the rule here.

I picked Texas in this game today 4/17. The game was postponed and my selection says void. I am not able to make another selection. Is that a standard practice for an event that was postponed well over an hour before game time?

Lots of pressure - I looks like I need one of two to win 1K. My serious look at the moment is the Oakland Raiders. Their recent losses are to teams on the rise, Pittsburgh, Minnesota, and Detroit. I think Oakland with Carr at CB, and with the veteran Woodson at CB can take out Tennessee.

I think I may have it unless there is a very explosive 2nd half.

Folks - I am excited to be the leader for the 1000 monthly prize. Using weather to my advantage (hopefully) to get the prize. It looks like Rain in Denton, Tx today - plus most predictions are a natural under. Several folks a game behind me went over. I believe that is their only play as if it goes their way we are tied. Anyway this is way fun.

Rain and Wind have me all over the under at 78.5. I just looked and it is at 75.5. Not sure that these teams can rack up high numbers with rain and wind.

Not usually a parlay guy but this one is too juicy.
North Texas -1 1/2 Wyoming -1 I believe an easy net.

Colorado / Oregon State under 60. Very easy pick - Neither team can run the ball. Rain / Wind in the mix. Should easily go under 60 unless turnovers contribute to scoring.

The phone rings. I got a hot inside tip for some easy cash tonight. Many first time gamblers unfortunately will bite. There are some legit cappers out there but the truth is as graymeat suggests is yourself. The internet has everything, stats, opinions of others. The key is to act like a quarterback. By this I mean know when to take the sack. Profits are only made and sustained in the long haul and like wall street they will go down. Most gamblers chase when they lose and let it ride when they win. This is why 90 percent of us are losers. Set yourself a 30 goal, do your homework and chip away at it. You will be surprised. Good Luck |

Guys,
Take a solid look at the under in NO/TB. RIght now it stands at 44.5. Rain and wind are expected. This will play into Tampa's hands and really effect Brees's game today. Under all the way.
I also like Green Bay -3 at home.

Steelhop - I forgot more about college football than you know. Who cuts and pastes the whole article and puts it back into the response? You nimcompoop you!
I see your point about Notre Dame's great recruiting class. How many points did they score at BC?
Way to expose your ignorance.

You can have north and east. I'm trying to preserve some of the big 10 rivalries. Do you have an opinion or are you just here to insult people JLT? I would lob a couple of insults back at you but it's not worth my time.

Has the time come for the Big Ten and Notre Dame to join forces? The Big Ten is just god awful. Last week Illinois beat Iowa and then Western Michigan beats Illinois and then Iowa beats Penn State. Does this mean that the MAC can compete with the Big Ten? You bet they can. Penn State and Ohio State would both be bottom feeders in the SEC or Big 12. USC is also a mile ahead of them. Notre Dame is also falling on hard times. Many negative ramifications could come of this. Cancellation or reduction of the TV contract from NBC, reluctance of major colleges to schedule them. Notre Dame could have a schedule made up of Army, Navy, Air Force, Purdue, Michigan, Michigan State, etc. As you know, when they needed a coach, Urban Meyer stood clear of that situation. Long term recruiting could also be effected. The solution: The Big Ten and Notre Dame need to join forces and form a 12 team league with a championship game. This game could be held indoors at Ford Field in Detroit each year. The Big Ten also needs to build in a bye week before their rivalry games in order to limit the longer layoff between the last game and the bowl game. North Division Penn Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa East Division Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan State, Northwestern, Illinois, Indiana |

z you are playing to many teams. You won't win that way. Pick your two strongest plays. You should go 2-0. I live in the Cleveland area and the Browns are jacked up today. They WILL cover. The Browns and Steelers will both be easy unders today as both games will be played in nearly blizzard conditions.

Pittsburgh does play down to the level of their competition. However those three games were on the road, Ari, Den, NYJ. Cleveland came close but they are a much better team and division rival. Don't forget they lost last week, so they won't overlook anybody. Heinz field will be very wet and muddy. The field was replaced because of 4 high school games plus the Pitt game. The Steelers thrive in these conditions, plus the Dolphins will be like "fish out of water" pardon the pun. They only way the Dolphins score a touchdown is if Pittsburgh kicks the ball to Ted Ginn Jr. Other then that it is all Steelers. If you pick the Dolphins you will be swearing in the first quarter. Come on, John Beck vs a zone blitz defense without a capable running back. Go ahead back the Dolphins. STEELERS!
