My account was hacked and someone in a matter of minutes nearly drained my acct on the Casino side. I NEVER use the casino side and they traced the IP to Portugal (I live in SF). In spite of the obvious fact that it was not me that played the casino, BETDSI refused to credit me my cash. Now I'm trying to change my password and they want me to send a picture ID just to do that. I have had other admin problems with DSI, so I'm done with em.

I currently use Bookmaker, 5Dimes, and Heritage. Anybody recommend another book? I prefer to use 4.

Bookmaker and BetDSI are the same so are you dropping them both? You can call the Bookmaker number and give your acct info for DSI and the clerks winn not know which number you called. They are handled in the same call center.
