My WAR with them is continuing ( 4 months now )

i just sent em an email, since they dont have live chat.

hello there,

Please tell me, why did you set betting limits on my account and when will they be removed? And in your 'rules' you say that usually is possible to place the same bet with higher stakes shortly after the first bet after updated odds, and this is NEVER for me, after my first bet, no matter the change of odds im not allowed to place another bet on the same game. WHY???

And you just sent me an email telling me i will be downgraded from highest level yellow client to white because i havent wagered enough. How can i wager when you are setting me crazy low limits of 50 eur a bet? How am i supposed to get 175.000 points in 3 months with these low limits?

You have also changed the rules for bsinside points so i cant get points for my status, and now you are forcing me to play parlays for points, to keep my status?

Do you want me to leave your bookie and stop being your client? If you dont want me as a client just tell me, i will leave immediately, but please stop cutting me like that.

best regards,

--------------------------------

THey should be a C- minimum, they stink, set me with ow limits for betting ( max. 50 eur/bet ) , low winnings ( max ( 100 eur ), cut me from b'inside points, changed my live bets and put em as void, friggin me in every single way.

The most funny part is that im still winning, im literally making a withdrawal every 2 weeks lol.

Lets see what will they respond...i guess another shitty template text with something shitty they sent to every client.

support please, fellow gamblers

Withdraw all your money and go to a respectable bookie like Pinny or whatever. It's obvious you're not welcome at BLose any more, you don't fit their profile (i.e. loser gamblers).

bet365 for in-game

pinny for before-the-match bets

bwin and willhill for search of crazy lines.

betfair for in-game good lines

and this is the shitty response that they gave me:

Thank you for your e-mail.

Your account has been reviewed and it was decided to limit your action to 50 euro for single bets and 3000 euro for multi bets as this is the amount considered appropriate at this time.

Please note that our customers' accounts are constantly reviewed and therefore your account status could also be revised if active. Further action might then be taken, which may or may not involve the reinstatement of a higher limit.

Kind regards

Sounds like you've gotten the best of them.  Consider it a compliment!
