Did you really think you'd get paid from some random guy on Covers offering credit lines? You shouldn't be gambling if you can't post up.

He was hoping you'd lose, so he could threaten you until you paid. He had no intention of ever paying you.

person Tracy...as per our convo between him and i..thru emails..he sounded reliable..and i couldnt been more honest with him on my behalf.....he capped me at 5000...but i asked if he could lower it to 1000 ....something that is affordable to me...cause if i was a person i could have wagered alll his 5000 and ran off...that was not my intentions at all...reason i like cap is because it saves me time for running out reloading my visa all the time...or buying ukash to deposit.......its not that i cant afford to play...its inconvience to deposit using those methods all the damn time....

darn all this nonsense, just reading this thread is a waste of time. Jeff, ur the idiot that thought u could win real money from a guy u met online, gave u a $1500 credit, in exchange for probably your personal info like ss # and address and DOB. Obviously it was a scam, he was hoping u lost, and that's how he would get ur money. If u win, he bails, but now he doesn't lose anything, but gains your personal info, which maybe he could use for identity theft. Hope u learned ur lesson. I recommend 5dimes if u want to bet on sports, u deposit your money, u bet, u win, u ask for money, they pay u. That simple.

Chau1007-----ya tell me about it...definetly a lesson learnt....not here to cause problems man...just venting...like i said u entitled to ur opinions...but this thread is for letting ppl know and to avoid it if it ever can across to them....i did find it kinda weird that he would just give me a credit to play until we settle...thought we had a mutual agreement to pay on settle day..i would of paid if i lost...but guess he didnt...but thanks for your input

Once again, you couldn't have run off, because if you would have taken the 5000 and won 15000, guess what, you wouldn't be seeing a penny of that either.  Actually, you should of taken the 5000 credit, that way, you wouldve played longer and would've been more pissed, LOL.

I hate hearing about people getting stiffed, especially when it comes to a large amount, but you were extremely naive to think a guy you met online was going to pay you. Best thing to do now is just move on.

Just stick to legitimate offshore books. It may be a hassle to get the money in, but at least you know if you win you'll get paid.

How are you still shocked?  and why do want to know what pay per head means?  You were using fake money and got scammed, how is it a shock?  Looks like you've been on covers for almost 3 years, I thought you were new.  I'm fairly new to covers, and I see these ads and posts on covers with numbers and sites, people spamming, and I never once thought about calling or emailing them.  again, this is a stupid thread, i'm done.
