customer service is horrible it took me almost 10 minutes to get a supervisor....he couldnt offer me anything but prioritize my withdrawal but couldnt give me a timeframe quicker than 6 to 8 weeks...then he had the nerve to tell me he will give me a $15 bonus and I was like thats a slap in the face...I just want my money.  Please everyone keep us up to date...Thanks

I just got done talking to customer service again.  They told me to disregard the last two messages they sent me because it was in error.  So I asked them if I was getting my cash transfer tomorrow(10th business day), they said no that, that method was already cancelled by them, and they wanted to know how I wanted to process my withdrawal. WTF so now they are cancelling cash transfers first them letting people know after?  Funny thing is that they still offered me a moneygram(cash transfer) when their difficulties are solved or I can request a expedited check.  Why are they still offering cash transfers if this is what they are having problems with? SOUNDS FISHY!  So I asked them how long an expedited check would take? They said they couldn't offer a timeframe, but a check takes 6-8 weeks.  You got to be kidding me.  I told them that I have been waiting 7 weeks to receive something from them(I originally requested a check on 11/4, but cancelled after waiting a month to request a cash transfer).  I finally told them to send an expedited check, but I don't want to wait 6-8 weeks for it.

Sounds like you got the same story I got from them...I told them I was not depositing with them until I got paid and Probably not depositing then either...I said I would be an idiot to deposit here again

Lena Wellbeck: We will have priority with this withdrawals, but we cant promise any specific time.

i now have zero expectation of seeing a dime of the $5k they owe me...

i know it looks bleak fellas but just choose bankwore or check and sit and wait. the money will come might be a wait but it never disappoints ive been through this for the last 7-8 years .

I have filed a complaint with the osga b/c the customer service cant give you an answer 6 to 8 weeks to get paid but you are a priority but im getting the same time frame as not being a priority...I will keep you updated

the status of a withdrawal request that i made for $2000 now says processed (as of 5:30 p.m. EST)...i made the check withdrawal request Dec 18th after I spent an hour arguing with a Sportsbook.com representative that they were screwing me over...so hopefully I get the check in the next few days...but like I said before, I will believe it once I get the check and it clears at my bank...until then, I'm still skeptical...I will update if and when the check comes.

Mine says processed too now...i did alot of bitching out two supervisors and a customer service rep...what happens after its processed?

well hopefully we will get a fedex or ups tracking number for the delivery of the check...and hopefully the check comes in the next few days...my fear is that it will say processed for a month before receiving the check

Talked to online support and I too got the following update on my 12/6/12 requested withdrawl: "I apologize for the inconvenience caused because of this situation, however the option for cash transfer withdrawals is currently unavailable, I understand you were offered this option and again, we apologize for the inconvenience, but I just send a message to the withdrawal team to expedite your payout and send it as soon as possible."  Still waiting....

I woke up this morning, getting an email saying my of my one withdrawals has been processed(I had two withdrawals pending).  So hopefully my check has been sent out, but no tracking number.  I will update once I receive it.

I'm gettting some bs on a bank wire (today being the 10th bus day)  they said there was a delay and not sure when i get my money.   but they approved me to get a money order in 3 bus days ... not too sure how legit a money order will be recieved at a bank ... any thoughts guys?

yeah, i was absolutely stunned when the fedex guy rang my doorbell...it was an international fedex delivery from Canada...go figure...apparently it was sent on Dec 20th

i would imagine that if you dont get it today, you will get it on Monday...either way, best of luck

I just got done reading that someone got a check, and ten minutes later I see the fed-ex express guy coming down my street and delivering me my check.  I just got it about five minutes ago. I live on the west coast in California.  If you don't get it today, then probably you'll get on mon.

im happy you all got your check but dont really think i can deposit with these guys again...we basically had to raise cain to get these checks
