I wanted to tell about my experience with them. I opened account with them 3 weeks ago and have had my account closed for winning roughly $11,000. I requested a $6,000 check withdrawal 2 weeks ago after having my limits dropped from 1k per game to $500. I was told I would see check in 3-5 business days. As of last monday 3/7 they lowered my limits to $100, so I called and asked for my balance in form of a check. I received a phone call back asking if it was ok to have my entire balance sent via bank wire, including the original 6k I ask for. I was surprised that the original check was not sent yet, but was told I would have the entire 11k sent via bankwire and I would have the funds in 3 to 5 business days I then inquired today and was told the following.

Limits are raised or lowered depending if there is sharp action or request made to raise limits. Players are always notified. We called you to notify you of this because you were beating the line on a consistent basis....

There are delays sometimes for payouts, 3-4 business days for the wire is standard. The wire was sent yesterday and it will arrive Wed or Thurs. They are going to give me a considerable free play balance today to allow me to wager on the NCAA tournament. They have also agreed to raise my limits to 1k. I will let everyone know when the freeplay balance is in my account.

They have taken care of that worry for me, I still have not received my withdrawal but they did say it would be Thursday. I don't want to say how much the freeplay was just due to the fact that I don't know if they would want me to say. It was more than I would expect a book to do.

What a joke! Hello Nick: The account is not closed. The limits were lowered. Yes, just like any book or casino, constant winners are capped. We notify them. We do have many players that get lucky several times...and we wont lower their limits. Sportsbooks have softwares to monitor patterns and rhythms and flag bettors that prove to constantly beat the line or the house in other ways. We are very flexible, if someone has a case, we will reason with them.
