My general experience with offshore books is that there is a basic lack of business acumen in existence. You have to get lucky and find an inside rep with a clue like a Richard or Emmett at BP. I really have been toying with the idea of going over and starting a book up. How the hell can you not be successful? Keep banging the drum there and you hopefully will be fine.
Good Luck!

Hey Dantos8715,
The paper work is the worst thing about taking out funds for sure. It drives me nuts. I am sure you won’t but whatever you do wait and get your money. Don’t lose patients and give them back your profits.
Lou.

just wait if u ever get a chance to speak with the manager "Tony"
He is the BIGGEST tool i've ever dealt with, cocky, arrogant and totally unprofessional in the way he speaks and deals with clients.

Easy for you to say. He explained that it is an exorbitant $70 fee for a lousy $850 limit. It appears that 5Dimes is shitty sportsbook. Good luck Dan, and keep us updated.

This is a bit unusual for 5Dimes for sure. Try try to hold on and wait for the ACH. 5Dimes isn't the only having trouble with ACH's now. There are more for sure. In fact ACH's are down almost across the board. I usually take a nice size chunk out right after pucks is over ever year. But will probably just leave it this year. I usually load it back for football.

I have been out of the game for a few years, but the payouts issue is a big problem in sportsbooks. It is a legitimate concern to players of course, but it is also a big problem for the books. ON average, a payment processor gets more business than they can handle from the books. The payment processor can not cause irregularities in their business volume, because the companies such as western union and moneygram will start to investigate the movements. Since they know that people use it for gambling payments, the first things that they check are the movements compared to sporting events. All it takes is one person involved in the payment process to screw up a good thing and all the books that are clients of that processor are left with one less way to do business.
IN the case of the ACH, well, while most banks in Costa Rica or Panama are gambling friendly, but as soon as you throw US banks into the mix, they shy away and you need to be very careful. So maybe you have someone in the bank that handles this for you. Maybe that person backed out, was sick that day, or got fired. NO more ACH out of that bank.
With Western Union (or MoneyGram), you have to have someone in a Western Union agency that is willing to make transactions for you. These transactions have to be carefully monitored by the processor to make sure that certain limits are maintained, so that WU doesnt get wind of what is going on.
Now, I am in no way defending the books on the way that they handle their payouts, on the way their customer service reps are told to lie through their teeth (I was one of them!), or really anything that they do to f*ck with the players. I am simply giving information about how this works so you can understand. I know its not going to make your money come faster, but at least you know the reason behind the reason you are pissed off.
