Covers.com members...get $50 free cash to test our new wagering engine.  Existing accounts and new accounts are both eligible for this exercise. 

Please email memberservices@betphoenix.com to receive your free $50 dollars and the link to log into our new playing engine.

In advance: you may experience some issues with the placement of wagers.  If you can not make a play for whatever reason, please revert to the old engine found as normal on Betphoenix.com.  We thank you for assistance in testing, and look forward to your input.

$50 Free rules:
+ To qualify, you must register by email with your posting handle to memberservices@betphoenix.com
+ 10x rollover requirement.
+ Max $150 max cash out allowed.  Any funds remaining over $150 amount after conditions have been met will be zeroed out of the balance.
+ North American clientele only.
+ You must provide short written input on the new betting engine experience to memberservices@betphoenix.com before any cash out will be made.

Well, I e-mail Members Services and no reply. Chat live with customer service and a manager has to approve the "discount".
 
Richard you need new customer service reps and a new manager for your Members Services department.
 
I would do this for free but it would takes days to get a reply with the link.

Early returns are it looks good but the fonts need to be bigger for the teams and wagers. The space is there to do so. Would also highlight the login page with sports photos like you have on the regular sign in page.

New design is sleek but I think rec players will get scared off. I personally like the old design better. Find it more user friendly.

As far as a web page goes though it is set up the right way. Looks like my first play won't get off unless it stops raining in Atlanta.

Richard will you be having moneylines on 1st halfs and 2nd halfs on basketballs and football with your new interface software?

Will you also be having a rewards royalty program so you can earn points to redeem your points for free plays?  Most top books have it?  Please advise!!

Not sure on the moneyline item for halftime plays.

We have completed software for a loyalty program...However, we usually bonus pretty good on the front end.  We can arrange for 1 or the other moving forward in the next few weeks once applied.

okay just got my 50 dollars, thank you very much. Just a question, are you supposed to check "free play" when confirming your bets? I didnt check it.. is this going to be a problem?

Great new design. Very high end. Makes other sportsbooks look like ten year olds designed them.

Great tracking spreadsheet on the first page that tracks your week. You can type in how much you want to win and it will pop up what you have to risk.

I love the new design and hope it goes live ASAP.

A bit of a problem...I made some wagers just fine earlier today but now everytime I make a wager it says :'A minimum wager amount of 50 nul is required on wager number 1'

I Love the design of the new engine but lots of problems making bets, kept giving me errors even after canceling everything,  but finally got my bet placed.  thanks for the free 50 Richard.

I contacted BetPhoenix about this offer a short while. Was denied as they said it was for new August signups only. Didn't see that anywhere in the promo but maybe I was just overlooking something.
