Last week msn ran this article on the top ten run states.Number1 was ND 2 wasWyoming 3 was  Neb 4 was Utah 5 was Iowa 6 was Alaska 7 was SD 8 was Vermont 9 was Virginia and 10th was Minnesota.The ranking included mediun household income, debt,buget defciet,unemploment,pct below poverty level. One of my 1 of friends mention to me these states out side of 2 have small pcts of  blacks, latinos.The worst states just to mention a few California,ILL, Jersey.My question what are these social programs doing to america.

Maybe you should ask the question...why the corporate welfare system needs private jet tax deductions?

Why you ignorant middle class guys always are always talking about social programs when the average Joe is trying to survive out there. It's not like you're in the top 5 %.

We&#x27;ve held this discussion previously in several threads.  Those States have no major city population centers.  Always amazes me how white collar right-wingers want and need the economic privileges that a big city affords, yet insist on stiffing the inner cities  when it comes to paying the tab.
