#1 Posted: 7/17/2012 11:19:08 PM Thought it was an interesting line from Bovada. This has slightly risen over time from -150 to -160. Personally, I'm in Ohio, going to vote for Romney. Any value here for the left winger?? |

#2 Posted: 7/18/2012 12:29:42 AM I think Obama wins but don't know if there's any value in the bet.
Obama has many "outs" to win the election with Swing States, whereas Romney seems to need everything to work out perfectly to win.
Latest numbers I saw weeks ago showed Obama with ~5% advantage in Swing States... a larger lead than the National Average. Not looking good for Romney.

#3 Posted: 7/18/2012 2:25:14 AM Romney has had a terrible month of july, and it is only getting worse with the baine talk, the ryan budget talk and the tax returns talk.
I think the odds on Obama could be much lower come 14 days when the battleground polls are out. |

#4 Posted: 7/18/2012 2:40:22 AM Oh noes!! A terrible month according to an avowed obama supporter. Obama has a terrible 3.5 years and 300 million Americans know it.
$2 million spent to prevent the release of assorted documents.
WHAT DOES HE HAVE TO HIDE??
Better yet, what does he have to offer??
Fraud, fumbles, and darn ups.

#5 Posted: 7/18/2012 2:57:48 AM Put your stacks on Obama. This is going to be the first election won by women.
This is the key.
Health care is more expensive for females and Obama is helping them out HUGE with his health care policy.
This is secondary and obvious. Minority and many low-income will go to Obama instead of that farking Pin Stripe. |

slik...
you angle on women voting on the health care issue seems logical but unexpected...
I thought that the GOP/teaparty "War on Women" would have been the typical reasoning...
Im thinking that minority vote will not show up like last time as long as they feel confident that obama will win... All the romney supports have to do is make it look like obama will lose and they will essentially shoot themselves in the foot by rattling the minority cage...

Romney is too much of a flip-flopper, and the BAIN Capital outsourcing jobs is too much to overcome! And people dont like the super-rich (he has 100 million dollars)
Voters are voting against OBAMA not for ROMNEY and that never wins!! |

#10 Posted: 7/18/2012 2:14:33 PM It hasn't even started yet. Romney in a landslide. I saw a bumper sticker in Boston, no less:
Obama the end of an error!

You're like a hamster on a wheel, aren't you?? Around and around you go. And you still think obama is getting virtually every electoral vote?

#12 Posted: 7/18/2012 4:53:57 PM no... I just think your swiss cheese roulette partial hedge bet for -274 odds does not have the "tremendous value" you pretend it does..
Funny how it has been pointed out by numerous posters now your pattern of constantly making up lies

probably not at the current odds... Since you are thinking obama is going to win... when do you see it worth betting on?

#14 Posted: 7/19/2012 5:24:19 PM It's virtually a dead heat but IQ36 believes obama is going to sprint away and win virtually every electoral vote. Even if he wins every swing state he still does hit the designated total.
So my bet virtually is: "Romney wins or Obama wins" You have the iffy: "Obama wins"
Laying what -200
Spin the wheel, hamster

#15 Posted: 7/19/2012 8:27:49 PM when did I say that oabama was going to sprint away?
Its like you cant post with out lying...
But unlike your "tells" of calling me IQ36 to try to insult my intelligence to compensate for the fact that your swiss cheese roulette partial hedge bet for -274 odds obviously does not have the "tremendous value" you tried to say it did... you appear sensitive...
Lying is something you do regardless of the embarrassment you are facing...
The fact that you have call me IQ36 and make up lies only shows that what I am posting is exposing you... If not you would you respond Sans the insults...
Keep it up... it reminds me of what has happened to you in the penalty box over the last few days with you being the joke of the site....

#16 Posted: 7/20/2012 1:15:19 AM That Bovada line just moved again in Obama's favor; -170 to Romney's +140. Look like 4 more years from a slickster that can't even prove he's an American citizen. |

If there's a joke on this site, well.................... I'm not sure that you've ever taken a stand on anything w/o knowing in advance how the guys you look up to on this site feel, and you're always begging for their approval. It's really quite pathetic. I do have a feeling you'd be popular in prison though and I guess in the box.
Additionally I didn't stipulate how I was playing the presidential race. You made assumptions and as the saying goes "made an behind of yourself". I think an "either Romney" or Obama @ -274 is a way better bet than your -200 on obama though or whatever phony # you claim to have.
Toying with your wheel, hamster.

I think that the lines and odds communicate money/betting... I wouldnt say that line movement means alot... but the numbers themselves does speak to the higher probability of obama winning... money talks... bullshit walks
You would think that in a political betting forum on a gambling website
you would think that a rational discussion about odds/math/numbers would
seem logical...
Take a look at this thread about odds/math/probability and tell me what you think

#22 Posted: 7/21/2012 8:16:12 AM I'll be all over Romney at -130. There is a growing silent majority all over this country that keeps their feeling about Obama quiet so they won't be labeled racist. I have many friends that voted for Obama in the last election and have told me that there is not a chance that they would vote for him in 2012. Most now realize that he's a socialist and that if reelected this country will be in worse shape than it is now. Romney may not be the most outgoing candidate but at least we won't have to worry about the USA becoming another Greece. So I'll be betting Romney to win the election because the odds are right and bacause Obama is bad for this nation. |
