Listen up insurance crook. You keep babbling about low rates your company has, thats great, am sure theres other companies with even lower rates then yours. Your not Gods gift to the insurance industry, so stop swelling your head with this bullshit.
Point is all the rates for insurance from every company is to high, the proof is the billions they are making and the hundreds of billions in assets they all have.
So what if you get paid by commissions dont give us that song and dance you cant take a pay cut, because thats just bullshit. You can go to your boss and tell him that you want to be paid a lower percentage on each commission, because you feel your being overpaid for the job you are doing, so really stop looking for every bullshit excuse in the world to get out of this. What kind of human trash wants other people to take pay cuts {where as the jobs you want people to take cuts are, are way more important the job a crook like you does everyday} but then wont take cuts in your own pay, to help out the consumer so they arent getting raped with all the policies they need to buy.

How about this even, after every sale you make, how about you send the person you signed up 100 bucks out of your commission as a way of taking a pay cut and helping the consumer personally.  Am sure you will have more bullshit why you cant do that either?
Insurance crook, your just a bad human being and people like you and lords point will always get hit on the head with the bad karma sooner of later. I look forward to that day for the both of you

insurance crook do the world a favor and go jump off a tall building, because your one of the biggest pieces of crap to ever grace these forums.  When you stop being a hypocrite and asking other people to take cuts in pay and benefits that they earned, while you wont take a cut in pay, dont say another word. Just get back to your cubicle, calling up seniors and bugging them on the phone.
Do not call lists were created to stop guys like you

also maybe you should mind your own business. When a guy like lords goes around babbling that he makes stuff to save my life, while not posting what he makes, then yes i will call the guy out for being a total bullshitter.  It took 3 days for him to finally say he makes nozzleswhat was the big secret?  It was that he just didnt know what to post.

lmfaooooooooo amazing how the nutjobs have totally over looked the 14 people getting fired for no other reason but wearing an orange shirt to work. Thats the kind of bullshit unions protect workers from.
The boss probably lost a big bet on a team in the ncca who wears those colors, so he got pissed and fired his employees.
Yes i know the nutjobs answer will be, its his company and he can do what he wants to do.  Yup workers should have no rights and just let the bosses be able to walk all over them.

And insurance crook last night, i emailed a few insurance companies with some suggestions on how they could lower rates for the consumer, with one option being, subbing out the salesman jobs to outside companies who have the ability to do this cheaper then in house salesman.
Who knows maybe some of the ideas could start being talked about in the industry.

Its time to start the movement in this country to get lower insurance rates for the consumer before they go bankrupt and have to sell their houses to pay for this crap.

Holy garbage....seriously dude I think you just might spend too much time on here. Go play golf or volunteer or get a girlfriend or something.

Think what you want homie I have nothing to prove to you. Keep bashing me, although lame, it seems to be what you are most capable of.

Carry on

Oscar, you mean to tell me you have a computer in the trash can that you live in? I never did see an extension cord coming out, you must have hid it from the cameras well. Did you have to hire a union electrician to plug that ext cord in?

amazing how you have completely ignored the story about 14 people getting fired because of the color shirts they wore?  Not one peep from you nutjobs about it.

Also you still keep dodging the one question, when are you gonna give back to the consumer, considering your wages are way to high, or do you consider yourself a underpaid insurance crook?
also what about my new suggestion of you sending a 100 dollar gift card or check to all the people you sign up. That way its a nice way to help the consumer, since you have said they are hurting in this economy. Come on man, you can honestly expect others to just kick back their wages, while you dont chip in anything do you? If thats the case, then you are basically saying that your job is more important, stressful and harder then the public servants who keep fools like you safe on a daily basis. Its pretty funny how the factory owner doesnt want to reduce his prices and help the consumer either, but then again thats how guys like you and him are, always sitting around wanting the other person to do it.

You do not know much about free enterprise.

The factory owner isn't in the business to help the consumer. He is in the business to maximize his profit. There is no beating around the bush.

If the prices the factory is charging are too high then the consumer (individual, retail chain, etc) will not buy his product. The factory owner has to keep prices low enough to sell the product while keep the prices high enough to make a profit.

I compete in the world economy against other countries who also do what I do. You do not as your entire pay/pension/insurance is from the tax payers. I sir create wealth where as you do not. There is a big difference between what you and I do for a living and how our incomes are derived. If you want a new firetruck you spend tax payer money to get it. If I want a new piece of machinery I have to put up money, real money not bottomless pit of money known as the state/federal goverment.

But I digress.

I also dont sell my products to the general public (consumer). I sell to other companies and I charge as much as I possibly can so I can buy new equipment and hire more people and grow the business.

If I am too low with my bid, I win the job but risk losing money. If I am too high then I dont win the job. These are daily issues I deal with that you don't understand and I dont expect you to.

We come from 2 different worlds CD and I think its time we agree to disagree and move on.

Thanks for the discussion but I  believe it has run its course.

Take care and good luck with the stock market

I tried to click on your link but it didn't work.

Perhaps you learned how to post links at the same school that taught you to be so charming.

4-5 years from now you wont be defending unions.

you have got to be the biggest fool i have ever run into in my whole life. You are a total dickhead with a capital D.
First off insurance crook we all cant be as perfect as you are in life, the man who is an expert on every subject in the world including other occupations that you would be to chickenshit to even attempt doing in your life, even for a million dollars. Like i said before you are the kid who used to get his behind beat everyday on the way to and from school

Next up you might want to blame Covers for the link code not working genius. Because had you taken one extra second to copy and paste into your browser you would have seen that the link works just fine. I wouldnt expect you to actually strain yourself doing a couple of extra seconds of work, because stiffs like you are some of the laziest people on the planet. Am sure when you were in school you asked your guidance counselor to tell you what the easiest job was were you could sit on your behind all day doing nothing and he probably told you, become an insurance crook. They dont work hard and make lots hustling people with bullshit.

But here lets see if covers code for this will work.

And when are you gonna start sending people you sign up a 100 dollar check or gift card. Dont dodge the question. I could respect you if you gave back money from your pay, to help the consumer, then you can tell others to take cuts.  Leaders lead by example, pussies like you want others to do it.

Except that you keep on forgetting that I worked at Alcoa for nearly 15 years before I had to quit because of an off the job injury. At least one of my 12 hour shift production record still stands to this day and some of my ideas are still in use. And I haven't worked there since 2007. So, I'm not as lazy as you think.

you couldnt last 8 hours in a plant. Face it insurance crook you got fired. The plant didnt want no lazy know it all, who just wanted to sit on his behind all day, thats why your turned to hustling people at the insurance company

Look at that another post by you where you still dodge the important question. Are you gonna send the clients you sign up, a gift card for 100 bucks as a way of taking a pay cut and helping out the consumer?  And please dont use the line you are already helping your clients the best rates. This question isnt about your clienst getting the best rates, its about you taking less money for the job you do, since you are the one who says everybody should be taking cuts. You gotta lead by example, if your gonna be a man. Come on crook step up and be one for once in your life.
