As an American citizen, he is 100% correct. I don't think those unalienable rights he is talking about, though, extend to a protection of the use of Islamic law or international law in legal analysis/decision making.

State Courts really shouldn't ever be using international law to interpret or decide anything (unless I'm completely missing something here.) Federal Courts? OK, I can see on international disputes or something along those lines.

That&#x27;s the part I&#x27;m missing.  A vague as hell law in search of a problem that never existed.  I&#x27;d wager that it will be struck down (not that it matters because it changes nothing anyway) as unconstitutionally vague and overbroad..

&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;The Muslims are filing lawsuits wanting the courts to adapt Sharia law for Muslims when they go to court.  This is what needs to be stopped before anybody even considers doing this crap. Pretty simple, muslims need to live under our laws and if they dont like it they can go back to the countries they came from.
