If you want to live under sharia law, then get the darn out of our country and go back to where ever the hell you came from.
This is America, if you dont like the laws we use here, get the darn out. Sick of these groups of people trying to think they can change our country to their liking. They can adapt or they can leave, pretty simple.

As an American citizen, he is 100% correct. I don't think those unalienable rights he is talking about, though, extend to a protection of the use of Islamic law or international law in legal analysis/decision making.
State Courts really shouldn't ever be using international law to interpret or decide anything (unless I'm completely missing something here.) Federal Courts? OK, I can see on international disputes or something along those lines.

well" and could even affect a state judge's ability to consider the Ten
Commandments."
Fantastic. State Court judges shouldn't be considering or using the Ten Commandments to help guide their decision anyways.

What exactly was or is this law stopping dead in its tracks? That's the part I'm missing. A vague as hell law in search of a problem that never existed. I'd wager that it will be struck down (not that it matters because it changes nothing anyway) as unconstitutionally vague and overbroad..

The Muslims are filing lawsuits wanting the courts to adapt Sharia law for Muslims when they go to court. This is what needs to be stopped before anybody even considers doing this crap. Pretty simple, muslims need to live under our laws and if they dont like it they can go back to the countries they came from. |
