Limbaugh is a clown. Good article though. I didn't realize the cost of business in Costa Rica was so affordable.
Found it interesting that the authorstated the "Lower labor costs and fewer malpractice suits keep the prices down here. In Costa Rica’s private system, a teeth-cleaning might run $40 and a general check-up costs $50."
I think the US system need a major overhaul and getting rid of unions ( labor costs ) and tort reform ( fewer malpractice suits ) would be a good place for the health care overhaul to start
