So i drove 1 1/2 hours back home to go to my local doctor to get the swine flu test....They confirmed i have a flu and that it is most likely h1n1.....I am infuriated at government workers...and the lady says a lot of students have been coming in with it, yet they do no testing which they are supposed to do. Can i sue or do anything about this since I asked for a test and was denied?

 either way if this health care passes we are FUCKED

Obviously global health care means a lot less care, and a lot less QUALITY care.  You will be turned back for plenty of "small" things... "oh it's just the flu" "oh your not 50 yet you can't have a mammogram" etc. 

If you think the doctor doesn't give you the time of day right now, aka flies through your charts, diagnoses you, and sends you on your way... wait until they are on fixed pay, with no incentives to give quality care... and you are just another person receiving their free healthcare.
