For those of us that do not like subtitles and know only one language I really appreciate these being remade in English , can't wait. Hopefully the remakes will be somewhat close to the original in quality.

And the rape scene was definitely intense, but it really did well for developing the girl's character...if anything it should serve to scare the crap out of would-be-rapists and seem empowering rape victims...I bet ya spoiler tattoo gun sales spiked after the movie was released...
