hilarious you mentioned that Philly cause i was asking my TV the same thing yesterday when that scrolled across the screen on sports center... how did dickey only get like 13 mil a year and jackson got around the same?? jackson is a good pitcher but i remember his early days... and he holds the record for the flukiest no hitter in history... 8 walks he surrendered, and still got a no no... EIGHT!?!?!?! ah well good on him, i would snatch up the loot if i were him too!!

#706 Posted: 12/22/2012 11:15:12 AM err im not even going to get into it. Im doing you guys a favor sending you prize money weeks early so you can have it for the holidays. i could have been a real douche and said no and made you wait. By rushing things i have to transfer my money quicker than expected. I do little by little to not raise any red flags. These are not $20 leagues. A lot of prize money involved in dealing with $300 leagues and $150 leagues. Like i said im going to take care of the guys who take care of me first. Theone won $1500 and gave me $200. Absolutely he was #1 on my list to get paid.
Its been 4 days since you said let me know when you send it. Then you say i dont want to rush you. Then you send me 6 PM's and a email to my home email. Its been 2 days since we got the paypal stuff figured out and you said you wanted to pay the fees and not have a check mailed. Ask Dante. He won i think over $2,000 in baseball and did the same thing. I dont feel comfortable sending so much over paypal gifted. Once again red flags possibly.
Done with it money sent. |

#707 Posted: 12/22/2012 11:41:18 AM Hey, if you had told me this in the first place buddy I would have understand I mean you told me about the red flags etc but I figured once I said I would pay the fees it would be fine. I just didn't know.
Sorry for the hassle at least now I know how it works out I never doubted you, you're legit its just you didn't give me news on a timeframe, you could have tell me lets wait a couple days or I don't know.
I just felt left in the dark not knowing when etc.
Again Im really sorry, I have sent you another 50$ (total 100$) for the time and effort you put into these leagues. Thank you and wishing you an your family an merry xmas and happy holidays. |

#710 Posted: 12/22/2012 3:37:09 PM Virginia-13
Missouri-1.5 ** Doubling up my normal size play for this one
Difference in this Missouri-illinois game should be Rebounding, illinois sucks on the glass ranking 127th in Offensive boards and 105th on the Defensive End, Missouri should have a huge advantage getting put backs and 2nd and 3rd chances all night as they rank #1 overall in Ncaa in Offensive Rebounds with 46 per/game. They play decent "D" holding opponents to just under 36% FG's and their Offense is Averaging almost 77pts/Game. i think illinois gets their 1st Loss of the season tonight.
Virginia should smoke Old Dominion tonight, Virginia ranks 3rd in Points scored per game and 6th overall in FG% and have a 9-2 record, the Monarchs of Old-D are 1-10 and are just brutal in all phases of hoops, they dont do anything well at all, almost last in all of college hoops in FG% on both ends of the floor and they cant defend nor shoot the 3ball, they rank 278th in Points allowed on "D" and rank 254 in Points scored so they give up alot and score a little, Blowout City baby.. Virginia by 20+

#711 Posted: 12/22/2012 11:41:57 PM ^ major case of virginia taking old dominion lightly cause they stink and they got punched in the mouth and didnt respond, they should of beat this pathetic team by 20-25. Missouri came through so that made me 1-2 and even on the day.

#723 Posted: 12/27/2012 1:18:34 PM What up boys? Hope everyone had a good couple days of holidays... I certainly did Manny thanks for the run you're going on in college football, hit the last couple... just looking at the pool and amazed that you're not in first!! Not too far off in 5th though, I'm 2 behind you in 7th. Shitty hoops tonight, so I'm sure I'll be watching football all day... Looks like UCLA is seeing some serious action now a 3 point fav

#724 Posted: 12/27/2012 4:01:54 PM hey Brett, the standings in the Bowl Pool dont mean anything right now, u could be perfect so far and if u assigned your teams low confidence points then you'll be far down on the list even though your doing the best. Jimmy is in first right now because he used high confidence points in the opening games but he also lost two 30pt games so he'll fall soon. Look at "Max Points" and that gives u a better idea of who's doing good. 630 is the max u can get.

#725 Posted: 12/27/2012 7:32:44 PM ^ RoundinAinteasy is at the bottom of the list and he has 617 Max Points that he can still get so technically he's doing the best right now
