Not sure how many red zone targets will get thrown his way, but for sure in a PPR league he should be solid. Heard also today that Manning could be moving the chains more than going deep this season..especially early.

That said, the dude is the greatest QB ever (arguably) and has made many good receivers great. He figures to do the same with Decker as Thomas has been dropping a lot of balls in practice is the word.

If you like him, target him late 4th or early 5th depending upon draft position. DeMaryus Thomas will go even sooner, but he's a bigger risk than reward in my opinion.
