#26 Posted: 5/22/2012 8:10:36 PM yeah sports gambling can be night and day... one night you go 5-0 the next night you go 0-5... quite like baseball actually
I was betting bigger unit sizes last year when I was riding manram's great ncaa basketball season last year, but since then things have dried up a little... still learning to be a consistent winner

#29 Posted: 5/22/2012 8:16:08 PM Its summer time now. Always busy. When its not kids its softball season. I play in 3 leagues including a wiffle ball league and stick ball. By the time i get home and showered its 1030 or 11. With the nice weather the kids ALWAYS want to be out side. Cant wait to get the pool going. As far as tonight.... LETS GO PACERS! |

Man there is no chance. I offer laroche and Myers for Beltre. Is it the best deal in the world? No but laroche is playing great and Myers is so far one of the few closers you can count on. I get back Kevin youkilis for Matt Holliday. Really? |

#46 Posted: 5/23/2012 12:05:17 PM Leaning Bernie Brewer for the afternoon slate here... giants have taken the first two, have a seemingly better pitcher on the mound on paper as far as wins and era goes, and the line is moving in milwaukee's favor.... estrada has had some tough luck with the 0-3 and era of 4.63 which isn't great but isn't bad... 4.63 should at least get you one win out of 3 games... this is looking to be a low scoring game as the total has already come down to 8 and is juiced so that may be a play too... gonna do some more research but is san fran that great that they just go in to milwaukee with a sweep? i know that milwaukee aren't the team they were last year, but they still have some power in the line up, but again this total worries me a little so i'm gonna do a bit more research here

#47 Posted: 5/23/2012 12:08:12 PM Myers is not going to be the closer all year. He will get dealt, plus I dont really have any closers anyway, so he is worthless to me. I dont need a 1b. Would have no where to play him. Iknow you hate Youk but I have faith, and dont really like/want laroche. Beltre is far and away better than LaRoche.
You say I am completely unfair.. But I have been able to pull some other stuff off.
I think the problem is we value certain players to similar, which is causing us to hit road blocks

Something you should take into account when you pick up a reliever off the market and instantly try to flip him. |
