You guys still doing your keeper league or what happened?  Sounds like a new league.

I never expected Braun to be there at 11. My game plan was getting votto, Adrian Gonzales, longoria, fielder. And then getting upton with my come around. I really really like upton this year.

We do a basic 5x5 h2h league, 80 moves a year max, and pretty much everything else standard league stuff.

people passed on Braun cause Fielder left + the Juice garbage..    i wanted him but OF is deep and SS is a tough fill so i went with Tulo.  i wanted Bautista but Power took him

my 5 in order were Cabrera, Pujols, Bautista, Kemp, Tulo..  i was left with Tulo which is fine..

i thought Granderson would of been gone by 19 and with his crazy R's, HR's and RBI's last year i wanted him on my squad..

took Lawrie cause i know sparky was eyeing him and he wouldnt of been there Plus Longoria and Beltre were gone and i think Lawrie is gonna have a great season..   i was filling tough spots early..  then i went Uggla at 2B after Lawrie in Rd 4 and when Young was there Rd 5 i needed a 1B guy and didnt want to chance Morse being more hurt then reported..

im content with my team for now..   wish i wouldve grabbed a stud closer but i'll trade for one or two..    hoping Dunn can return to his 30/100 days.. he was so consistent leading up till last year and was an Auto 30+ Hr guy and 100+ Rbi guy..

He's offered me Youkilis and Hanson for AGon and Floyd. I told him he'd have to pay a lot to get AGon. So he went with Aybar and Moore for HanRam and Floyd.

Everything is there. Eventually I feel like we will go back to it but just need to find a site that can accommodate these rules or do a offline draft.

I don't like Berkman. I still think last year was a figment of my imagination. I love Upton but I think Gonzalez' power numbers are going to go up this year. 35+ homers. Possibly the MVP if not runner up to Miggy.

He also tried to sell me that Moore put up Strasburg type numbers. Glad those 9 innings did him justice.

I told him that I would NEVER trade a top flight hitter for any pitcher (unless I had crazy depth)...let alone a rookie/unproven pitcher. Pitching is so overrated. There has got to be 15 guys on the market right now that will turn out to be incredibly serviceable, if not GREAT at some point this season. Just got to follow the league.

5 hour energy is the greatest creation ever. FACT. I get so hyped when I have it that I feel like I can do anything AND I can actually do more. Those energy drinks are a fraud (monster, redbull etc.). But this garbage has been a blessing, for real.

i get them alot but once you have a baby, a 7yr old and a full time job they do person buddy.. i was rippin' through 2-3 of em' a day and would still be tired and yawning at work..

i also drink alot of Emergen-C drinks..   their similiar but cheaper, its a mixture of  7 B-Vitamins + 24 different nutrients + a 1,000 mg's of Vitamin C.  u dump it in 6-12 oz's of water and drink it..

go on the website and grab a FREE SAMPLE and try it Sparky

HERE--->    http://www.emergenc.com/index.php/products/original

super orange is the best flavor, avoid the raspberry flavor

Will do.

I'm fortunate enough to not be immune to these things yet. I get the generic brand from Costco. 48 of them for the same price as a 24 pack of the 5-hour brand. Works the same.

I don't have that much on my plate...but it wakes me up within 10 minutes and gets me feeling great.

i get the generic ones sometimes also but i like the emergen-c cause it gives u the Vitamin-C which helps u not get sick and they have a childrens one that my son likes so its a little better then regular vitamins cause its liquid and enters the bloodstream instantly.

i have to drink a Wawa coffee every morning or i'll kill you if you talk to me, im a miserable darn in the morning especially driving the kids to school...  Fuckin Road Rage..

tonight on I-95 im driving home from work after i lifted for an hour so i had a chocolate Muscle-Milk in my hand and some dude starts drifting in my lane and was like 2 feet from hitting me and i jerked the wheel and laid on the horn but my Milk went all over my lap and dashboard, i rolled my window down and threw a handful of change at dude's car, i was fuming bro'...

I don't get sick either. I don't go out enough to get sick but that's besides the point.

I friggin hate coffee. I just stay away from that garbage and stick with my 5-hour if I need it.

 You threw change at him!!!!!!!

Oh thank you so much. I'm friggin cracking up over that.

Congrats my friend.

Anything was better than what I was doing. I was eating one meal a day but it was a garbage ton of fast food in one serving. Now I always start my day off with some egg whites. Maybe something during the day. And then lean cuisine or a little steak or a couple of Italian sausages or something for dinner. It's certainly not a "manly meal" but I was on a bad path and had to change. I cheat but I don't eat nearly as much as I did. The diet, along with my treadmill have been great to me.

I would always eat until I was full. Can't do that. Yea I'm hungry right now...but I fight through it because I know it'll be for the best.

I literally give all the credit to this video. It motivated me unlike anything else. If anyone ever needs a pick-me-up, I suggest watching and listening to the video. Call it corny but it helped big time. I've shown it to a few of my friends and it helped them get over the hump too.
