Yeah, I was thinking that. Just ordered a "Lob City Clipers" tee shirt lol. I think with the raptors stinking up garbage this year I'm gonna follow the clips and OKC (love there team) use them on NBA 2k12 all the time lmao

You like Chuck Hayes that much...? Not sure I get it but Im sure you can tell me more, Im not genius when it comes to NBA anyway so Im maybe missing something.

He was given the most playing time of his career last season and he thrived on the boards. He's a minimal turnover guy that gets you a good number of steals for his position. And he gave up 599 boards by battling with Luis Scola.

In an 82 game season, he could get you 600+ rebounds. Sure there's a sleeper out there on the market right now who may be able to do that...but at this point...Hayes is far and away the best rebounder on the market.

I was going to put my initial waiver claim on a guy who's still available. I feel I've made much better out of my claim with Hayes.

The concern, however, is all the big guys in Sacramento. With Cousins, Hickson and Thompson...he probably won't get as many boards as last season...but he'll be getting around the same amount of minutes as Cousins. My hope is that the Spurs jump in and sign him, although that's highly unlikely since it looks like he's going back to the Kings.

He's not a star or anything...but he's a solid rebounding option that's worth my #1 waiver claim. Like powerade said...waivers are only good when people drop someone. Maybe Hayes is the best guy dropped that was picked up on waivers. Who knows? I'm willing to take the risk.

He loses a TON of value, however, if he goes to Minnesota.

Anyone know who would be the candidates to be the number 1 draft pick in the 2012 NBA draft? Raptors have only won the lottery twice, and one time we couldn't get the #1 (iverson) cause we were a new team.. And barnangi was our only other, and he stinks.. I'm thinking sullener from O State?

That's a really good site with projections and whatnot.

I was watching the UCONN game earlier and I don't follow them all that much but I saw Andre Drummond and I said he's gonna be GOOD. I didn't know he was a top recruit.

Now it's not a sure thing that all these guys leave...but that's just some projections.

Sullinger has ZERO chance of being a overall #1 pick. Right now if it were my team im taking Perry Jones. Looks like Garnett out there. Dude is almost 7 foot and can flat out stroke it from deep, take you off the dribble and beat you in the post. All around great player!

And Humphries lost some value with the addition of Okur.

If you offered me a white player in a trade in the NBA dominated by the black athlete and i turned it down and you came at me with a why because he is white i would come back at you with a  haha no he just sucks. Maybe not. Who the hell knows how Okur will play. But hopefully, for me, very well.

Ill tell you what though. Coming from a person who follows college hoops religiously next years draft is going to be great. Obviously not all are going to be great pro players but its LOADED with fantastic talent. When i see guys like Zeller, Buford, Henson, Joseph going late first round says alot. On top of that Draymond Green going in the second with Acy, Sacre, Jeff Taylor, Ezile woo nasty.

The Lakers have 2 first rounders next year? Or are their picks meant for another team?

McBob is solid. I think he will play well till Bynum comes back after the 5 game suspension.

Okur is a solid pickup. Nice getting a guy like that out of no where.

For some reason I thought he got drafted. I saw the Nets trade for him over 2 hours ago and didn't think anything of it. Then I realized that he barely played last year and decided to look.

Now just give me the guy from 2-3 years ago and I'll be happy.

I get sick when I see people give a free throw shooter high fives after a miss.

The way you said it did not seem to me like you were kidding and didnt even cross my mind like somone would say they are something they are not. Its no big deal. I just have to make sure someone doesnt think or take something i say the wrong way.
