#10 Posted: 7/9/2012 6:23:52 PM Agree with Rostos. What they are doing at the Club is good for them and anybody who dont want in can right darn off i gues. But not sure where they are going to get talent from. I do remember that interview with Guss and says that they dont mind if this year and next year are losing seasons, its the year after that they are looking to. He reckons thats why got clearly coz he did that with the warriors. |

#11 Posted: 7/9/2012 8:01:28 PM I'll take Gus' knowledge and resume over the expert opinions of clowns in the media who know darn all. if he thinks its the right move, then nothing Dean Richie says will convince me otherwise.

#15 Posted: 7/10/2012 3:23:23 AM Small rumour going around that Lewis is looking at Brisbane as an option, on advice from Petero.
Doubt it'll happen though, broncos have enough back row talents atm, a back would be welcomed though - paging Israel Folau |

#20 Posted: 7/13/2012 9:54:54 PM which club will be stupid enough to pay overs for a player who is just past his peak and headed to his declining years?
Probably a club that is allergic to winning premierships. Smart clubs will spend that money on a player whos peak is ahead of him, not behind
sounds like a parra move

A team that needs a good head in the backrow that can help thatclub develop its young talent and grow the team for the future. So a team like Para would love him to replace hindy maybe, or the Chooks or the Titans,
Dealers choice really |

#23 Posted: 7/13/2012 10:37:50 PM Lewis has told the Knights they are one of the clubs he would be interested in joining.
The Herald was told yesterday that Lewis has a high regard for the club, for Newcastle as a new home town, and for Bennett, who coached him in the NRL All Stars game in February.
If Newcastle paid $500k for Beau Scott, darn knows what they'd spend on Lewis |
