In your example 10-10-10-10 10-10-10-10 10-10-10-10 Lose 22 on a game 1 play so my lines become 10-10-10-21 10-10-10-21 10-10-10-10 So for my next B/Game 2 bet I would bet to win 31.  If this lost I would add half to line 2 and half to line 3.  If my amounts get larger than I am comfortable playing I will then split the large numbers into two numbers on that line.  It is all about being diligent with your accounting, recouping those losses, and in the long run clearing lines and making profits.
