Both of these teams have been facing tough pitcher after tough pitcher in these playoffs and both came out on top.  Chance with Joe Kelly and Jake Peavy throwing to really let lose swinging the sticks.  Peavy struggled his last start with a long break in between and that's making me lean Cards.  BIG play for me here though is the over

They will be letting loose with the sticks, not lose.  Sorry, my OCD really kicked there.

I'm in on the Cards & Over.

St Louis - 5                                       Boston - 4

Cardinals -104                               over 7

Grabbed that momentum right back after that game 1 debacle. Kudos Mike Wacha that was one big time outing  by a rookie pitcher on the big stage.

St Louis - Over

Cards win this game. both these pitchers havnt faced these lineups yet this year. Peavy has really been shaky in colder weather. cardinals back at home. ill be surprised if theres 6 boston fans in the whole stadium. Plus boston is gonna have defensive problems. Big papi first base. Napoli at catcher? good hitters but this might end up a game 1 game with boston and errors. Stolen bases are gonna come a little easier. Still a nailbiter close game. an argument for both teams can go either way for these number 1 and 2 best teams in baseball.

No DH means one of those BIG bats (Napoli or Ortiz) will have to sit…  I don’t see Farrell taking the bat out of Ortiz hand so there maybe a couple of bad throws to first base end up in the dugout…  With that said, put me down for Saint Louis ML (-104) for three (3) C-Notes please.  Thanks!

Big Jarrod Saltalamacchia is a worthless catcher for Boston. He couldn't hit a softball thrown to him. Better to leave Napoli in or they'll probably bring him in to pinch hit in the 4th or 5th after Jarrod strikes out again. Don't like Peavy's chances tomorrow.

I wish you the best of luck but you're wrong. Salty hit 13 homeruns this year I'm sure - quite respectable from a catcher that shares the load almost evenly and I would point to Jake being a few years Joe's senior on the tour. I think he bounces back in the biggest game he has ever pitched in. Boston win and the pitching lineup is poised to finish up with Clay, Lester and Lacky. good luck though.

Well we have the Cards pitcher Kelly that doesn't mind giving up hits and Boston's Peavy's knack for the pop up flies, there's only one thing that's clear to me and that's the OVER!!!!
Lots of glitter tonight should be a good slugfest. Can't wait!!!

Salty is a POS !  Where is Napoli ???? Why is he not there for Salty ?? Salty has two strikeouts and can't hit an underhand softball. He's worthless !! Back the the minors next year Pal.

Salty can't hit and can't throw. Bad throw to 3rd base and loses the game. Thank you coach !
