#7 Posted: 10/17/2012 4:53:38 PM Although i do worry about scherzer, i worry more about the yankees offensive ineptitude. Right now they have about 6 automatic outs in the lineup. If c.c. gets in any trouble at all the floodgates could very well open as the yankees really burned thru their pen last night. I actually think the over is the best play tonight. I don't see this game being low scoring, especially if it gets into the pens. |

I was thinking the same thing...Scherzer has been unable to go any more than 5 lately. They definitely won't push the issue tonight, up 3-0 in the series. But if CC's on his game, this easily could be a 4-1 Yankees victory. At the same time, doesn't he have to be at least a little burn out after going 120-130 pitches for several starts in a row now?
Leaning Tigers, with small play on the over. |

#10 Posted: 10/17/2012 7:14:05 PM Hmmm...I've won 4 straight with Detroit, great lines each time. Won 6 of last 8 with Detroit at least, I can't keep count. What I am saying is it has been a stellar run. I have a series wager in on Detroit, I am probably going to sit this game out and hope I cash that series wager.
