Win this game, win the series.

I'll take my chances with Carpenter and the Wild CARDinals

STL are 1-8 in the last 9 meetings in Washington.

Hmm.....another tough one. Alot of their games go over too, and Jackson and Carpenter have been up and down.

I like the under as well, and think I'm going to be on the Cards. Carpenter has shown he can kill it in big spots.

cannot go against the experience of Carpenter and the St.Louis Cardinals...Carpenter is 12-3 in the playoffs in his career...i'll take the even money line thanks!

Might flop on my pick. Jackson's a much better pitcher at home and schooled the cards there last time out. Between that and StL being 1-8 the last 9 in Washington...might switch to the Nats. Still like the Under though.

I hear ya, cwaise... but I'll take even $ w/ Carpenter. I just don't view Jackson as a big game pitcher. Could be wrong, there's alot of history (mostly reg. season) to suggest a play on the Nats. GL, in any event

Edwin Jackson is who we thought he was! Too bad I lost my under play. Lohse has to beat Detwiler tomorrow, right? Thoughts, opinions? Thanks, GL
