Ahhhhhh, hockey is back!

Lots of people doubting Ottawa this year- but they have a couple things going for them:

1) Two healthy goalies, in competition. Anderson is healthy and was looking like the Anderson from years past in pre-season, and Lehner is young and will only improve. Look for stronger goaltending this year.

2) Stronger goaltending is hard to do unless the defense is strong. WIth such a young group of guys, they too will have improved over the past year. Ceci, and Karlesson will take care of the offense, and the other boys just gotta play sound positioning.

3) This is something most people don't realize- the Sens tanked 5th in the NHL in goals for last year... they can score!

Sens take their youth and energy and win against the Preds.

Sens 4        Preds 3

5 units because of the added value at +120

How much do you think Jason Spezza contributed to that offensive scoring?
Predators have some pretty good offensive names in their roster, don't you think that will have any impact on this games as well plus Pekka Rinne is back in the net for Nashville. One negative factor I see is that Peter Laviolette is behind the coaching bench which could shift Nashville style to a offensive-attacking game hence the defensive end could lack a bit.

Nashville / Ottawa Under!

Will look for offseason "rust" and Ottawa defense for an under!  But Nashville does scare me with their powerful offense...

Ottawa / Nashville "Under" 5.5!  2 Units!

Nashville Over Ottawa!  2 Units!

I just believe that the game should be more of a pick em- and like the Sens in this situation @ +120!
