So this is the big reason you just had to come back early and ruin Detroits hometown glory. 6 goals to the Preds you loser Howard. Thats why the coach was saying you weren't ready yet. Also a great example of why a player s shouldn't rush back from injury for all you kids out there. I get that Detroit likes to do things right and Howard has been there a long time, won cups, and all that but someone please put this sick puppy out of his misery.
Now that that's out of the system. The Leafs have Bozak back which gives them at least 2 productive lines.
Will the outdoor ice be a factor for puck handling, speed, and anticipating the puck's movement, amongst other things?

Snow in the weather forecast. Not sure if that will make the puck hard to see for the goalie or slow it down so much its impossible to score. Did this happen once befor?
Nice call on Brodeur beating those Pens too Blackballer

Howard is going to get lit up by the Leafs snipes. They got 10 players with shooting over 15% and 3 of those are over 20% put that up against Howard's .905 sv%, 2.88 GAA.
He will need to come up big in this game at least a few times, Wings think he needs a bounce back game in reality he just needs to bounce.
Lucky for the Wings the Leafs stink on the road this year. Their last regulation road win was Oct 22 and since then they only have 1 SO road win.
Guess it's who sucks more Howard at home or Leafs on road?

Dallas and Montreal killed me (not literally) yesterday. Todays two games should be rebounding from that.

The snow is not the only problem in todays outdoor game. Weather forecasts expect snow in combination with wind. I read that both teams may change sides in the 3rd when the wind gets too strong so that no teams has an advantage.
So I am curious to see how the wind will affect the game when it kicks in.

I am also curious whether any team adapt their game style in outdoor games from dumping the puck in to more carrying the puck since dumping in involves more skating and hustling.

Haven't done too much reasearch on this one. May take the total here since I don't favor any side yet.

Bernier vs Howard + Snow Storm = Leafs + Under, just my humble opinion, but the formula sure seems to balance :) BOLTA

Alfredson looks to be in. Which should put Datsyuk and Zetterberg in same line; offensive boost for Detroit cause that line is strong. Would stay away from one side. Would lean to Det though.

Riding the over 5 here.
