Detroit is the best big game team in the league.I'll take them in thismatchup +5 with a 3 point buy. Shaq has always had problems with the Pistons, and that trend will conitnue here. Detroit has an excellent chance at the outright win in this game. No deep analysis on this one, just no that there is no other team that i would like to have my money on in a big game than Detroit

One of the amusing aspects of NBA basketball is how quickly the public falls in love with trades. One of the stand out differences between these teams is stability. Granted Detroit has played like a team trying to adjust to the post All Star Break tempo, but Phoenix are the flavour of the month. They acquired Shaq and now bookies are wondering what difference this is going to make to their value. To the educated bettors out there, this is considered opportunistic wagering. One man with questionable fitness at 35 is not the Messiah everyone in Phoenix thinks he is.
So what does all this mean? One team is stable - much of the same ol for Detroit. Phoenix are still in the Shaq transition and there provides the opportunity for all of us. As CK has mentioned Detroit love the national stage, they love laying skin on Shaq and Nash wont get the armchair ride he usually gets. Rip and Chauncy will make sure of that.
Would not surprise to see Det win this one SU but am buying the 3 point juice. The Pisstons will bring game tomorrow afternoon. Bookmark it!

Beast of the east. Now the cream comes to the top. Rasheed 25 and 10 boards. My person is fired up and pissed off. Bumb Bumb body turn and Net. Detroit live and dies with him and after a brutall block he said "get that shit out of here bitch."

Over 199 looks like the play to me. The Suns haven't been in back-to-back Under games in well over a month (and of course they won the ugly low scoring game against Boston the other night). I think sub-200 Over opportunities in a Suns game has a good chance of making some money. The Pistons have been putting some points up on the road lately (... and givin up a fair share of points as well. They gave up 100 against the Bucks the other night).
I think the Over will hit well before the end of the 4th.

just like the game the other night against boston, phoenix can be slowed down with good defense. i think det will control the pace so under 199 is the play.

Hey CK! I do not do much posting but I wanted to tell you to keep doing your thing man. Do not listen to the haters that come on here to bash people for being good at handicapping. Good luck and keep proving these haters wrong I think it's funny.

Nice to see that the real cappers aren't jumping on the Phoenix bandwagon. This should be another great game as the Suns have to play the 2nd best team in the East after that "game" against the Celtics on Friday. Road dog getting 3 points...75% of public money on Phoenix...11-16 record ATS at Home for the Suns...it all points to one thing.

I was with most people in thinking that the Shaq trade would blow up in Phoenix's face. I was thinking if Shaq wasn't doing shit in Miami, why would he come to Phoenix and be the missing link. The thing I realize now is this is what gets Shaq going. He wants to prove everybody wrong. It's bullshit because now we see he was just loafing it in Miami this year. But now he looks leaner, he's running the floor, he's making a commitment to playing defense and not demanding the ball offensively and Coach D'antoni is smartly playing him in limited minutes.
Phoenix is the flavor of the month right now. They are motivated, and certainly look at this game against Detroit to put the rest of the league on notice.

Come on now, I wouldn't say people on Phoenix aren't "real cappers". That's a little harsh. I think honestly, if you buy some points in either direction you would be safe.
